I didn't scroll down far enough to "see" the Search....

BUT! I tried Kindra Adamson & came up with this message after I clicked on her case #.

So, I tried someone else - William Earl Talbott for the Jay Cook & Tanya Van Cuylenborg case and came up with the same error message. Now "what"??
Can I bother you to look that one (Talbott) up for me - and post it here:
WA - WA - Jay Cook, 20, & Tanya Van Cuylenborg, 18, Skagit County, 24 Nov 1987

TIA! :)
There server is down often. I’ve got the same message and I wait a bit and try it again. It’s not your fault it’s a problem with their system

Oh no, sorry for the trouble. FYI, I often get error messages on weekends (which I think are intentional), and the best service weekday mornings -- earlier the better. Let me know if you need anything more. :)

Sorry - no luck searching for "William Earl Talbott" ... the only "William" I could find was a "William James" but his surname was "Talbert." Does he have a different legal name?

I don't think so - but I'll go check the thread....

Second Autopsy Completed at Defense’s Request in Randle Homicide
By Cody Neuenschwander / [email protected]
Aug 15, 2018

A second autopsy was recently completed in the murder case of Randle teen Ben Eastman III at the request of one of the two suspects’ defense attorney, who told The Chronicle the request was in the name of due diligence.

Shane O’Rourke, attorney for suspect Benito S. Marquez, 16, said a second autopsy isn’t an unusual request, especially considering the age of his client and the severity of the charges, which include first-degree murder, first-degree rape, tampering with physical evidence and unlawful disposal of remains.

Marquez is co-defendant in the case along with his brother, Jonathon R. Adamson, 21, who faces the same charges. Attorney Don Blair represents Adamson.

An independent forensic pathologist working with O’Rourke and under the supervision of the Lewis County Coroner’s Office performed the autopsy.

Court documents bearing the signature of Judge James Lawler state that a second autopsy was to be performed no later than July 27.

O’Rourke said: “It’s not necessarily because you definitely expect there to be a different cause of death or a major difference between the two reports, but you won’t know.”

Lewis County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer said the request isn’t necessarily the norm, but at the same time, it isn’t considered outlandish. A similar request would only cause him concern if they were following an unreasonable timeline — for example if the request came too long after the time of the alleged murder.

I'm late to this thread and catching up.. was MIA for awhile. Did these two ever say WHY they did this?? My heart breaks for Ben's dad. He just seems so defeated in that interview with Dr. Phil.

Thanks for the alert.

Benny was Ben’s lifelong friend whom he hung out with regularly. B.J. says when his son first went missing, he suspected the 16-year-old was with Benny on a camping trip. But B.J. says that after seeing the call log, he went to Benny’s house and learned otherwise. He says he when he asked Benny if he knew where Ben was, Benny replied, “’No. We were supposed to go camping, and he never showed up.’”

Hmmm... wonder what kind of a deal she's trying to get. We know Mum is getting off easy after agreeing to testify.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed in connection with Brown’s arrest, investigators say Adamson told her about killing the victim “and burying his body and he said she was upset but still loved him.”

All - FYI the Odyssey Portal is still being wacky after hours but this is the first time I've noticed these messages (hope this saves you some frustration):

8/6 - PARTY NAME SEARCHES are not functioning properly. Case number searches for the same party should display. If you don’t have the case number, please contact the court in which the case is filed. We are working with Tyler to address the issue. (9/21 current))

9/20 - Odyssey Portal is experiencing issues with Searches being done after regular business hours. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

I have a hard time believing she wants to go to trial. I also think prosecution probably confident that Mummy Kindra's cooperation enough, and therefore not anxious to strike a deal with EB. Kindra out of jail, and wonder if they're barred from talking to each other?
