I'm LOLing about the Judge chasing the inmate! Thanks for the story.

Ha! The prosecutor wants additional armed guards in the courthouse -- I agree. Although the sheriff’s Office deputies accompany anyone currently in custody while they appear at hearings in the courthouse, the Sheriff said in an email that "one deputy was in the courtroom when Jacobson and Howard ran, and there were four inmates total." Just imagine if one of those 4 inmates was Benito!! Yikes!

Slain Boy's Dad Talks Possible Motive in 'Brutal' Rape and Beating — and Pays Tribute to His Son

The last time Benjamin “B.J.” Eastman Jr. saw his son, Benjamin Eastman III, alive, the two were kicking back around a fire on a cool summer night in rural Randle, Washington, less than a week after celebrating the boy’s 16th birthday.

After laughing together over B.J.’s lackluster performance while playing one of Ben’s favorite video games, Rocket League, B.J. decided to call it a night around midnight or so. As he headed to bed, he told his son he loved him, like he always did.

“Love you, too,” Ben replied.

Absolutely heartbreaking. I have been angry plenty while following these cases, but this one made me feel unsettling rage at these brothers. They are depraved, heartless, disgusting, horrible, evil, soulless, I just don’t have evil enough words for them. May comfort and peace somehow find it’s way to Ben’s family.
