Also perhaps when a person is in a hurry they don't check. I know that the odds are slim to none that someone is in the backseat but slim is something.

It happened to my ex boyfriend.

There is ALWAYS that possibility.

IMOO.

I know i am all over the place here, and I am sorry about that.
I can't seem to form a lasting opinion.

I don't know if it was a stranger, a random crime. I do tend to lean that way.
I think accident but the location where she was found throws me off
Having experienced a suicide in my own family, I know the signs aren't always visible. In Cheryls case, I am not feeling suicide at all.

I know it is rare but homeless people have been known to climb into the backseat of an unlocked car to sleep.

Can you elaborate further?

This intersection seem to me to be the logical stop going to the park and ride.
I wonder if she went this same way every day!

This case truly baffles me.

Question about someone already in her car.
If that happened , they were not captured on the surveillance

Stryker.. is it possible to get to your moms car without being seen on camera?

I understand this comment was meant for Stryker57…

With it being dark, maybe it was difficult to be seen from another portion of the house if there is video elsewhere.

Stryker57 mentioned that Cheryl was seen leaving the house, but she wasn't seen getting into the car…

I am not saying she wasn't driving, but if she wasn't seen from that angle, who knows if another person could have been seen in the dark? Maybe not?

If you look at the homes on her street the driveways are long and narrow u park one behind the other.
At my house we park cars according to what time u leave in the AM. first one out last one in! Or u have to jockey cars around. we have 4 ppl 4 cars its a pain lol

I know it is rare but homeless people have been known to climb into the backseat of an unlocked car to sleep.

Homeless people also sleep in laundry rooms.

I was surprised years ago when I lived in an apartment and the laundry room was not locked. It was supposed to be locked.
All tenants had their own key.

I liked to do laundry Early in the morning because there were only 4 washers to 2 buildings and I did not have a car so I got the laundry room to myself.

I screamed when I saw the man, and he profusely apologized.

From then on, I didn't do laundry so early in the morning before work!!

Not to discuss Cheryl's house, But if you look at the google map you can see how a car can be parked on the side of her house.

So what was it then? Natural causes? "Confused"[emoji848]

The thoughts & opinions stated above are that, MY random thoughts & opinions.

So glad to see you here. :)
This one has me going in circles, seems like such a nice lady.
I feel she had every expectation of being home after work
Stryker said she had left food out to prepare for dinner

I will be here for the long haul, can't let this go
I want this family to have answers
The unknown must be very difficult

I think I would go with that, except I can't because of the location
Someone, maybe stryker (?) said there was no reason for her to be in that area

I don't think there was anything with the autopsy?
Self inflicted cuts on fingers!

If they are waiting for toxicology ......????
Poisoned?

JMO but I think she could have walked to that culvert if she was disoriented!

  • #415
That would imply someone who knew her and her schedule
Nobody is going to sit or crouch in a car for hours hoping someone gets in

and their not gonna stand there in broad open daylight and strangle her or however they killed her, even a gun shot would sure draw attention unless she could identify them, as in she knew them

They have not released COD and won't until all tox results are in
Yeah, the cuts .. maybe happened earlier in the morning? I expect they would know that?

Oh Dear!
I just thought of something!

Was she diabetic?
The cuts on the fingers from testing blood?

Diabetic shock?

Yeah, the cuts .. maybe happened earlier in the morning? I expect they would know that?

True that but if there was an obvious cause of death I think they would have said.
IMO there are no injuries.
