Has anyone found CD's purse or phone yet? A savvy criminal will locate and power off a phone right away so the victim and perpetrator will not be found or tracked. I remember when Christian Aguilar's killer, Pedro Bravo, powered down his phone and Christian's so that tracking them would be impossible. Thankfully, he powered on his night light in order to perform the burial. I really think that the cell and purse should be located before reaching a conclusion. And who slices fingers with a razor in order to choose a suicide method? Many attempted suicides I've seen have tried a wrist cut first and then ruled it out or performed it the wrong way. However, trying to pick up and hide a razor in one's pocket in an attempt to defend oneself may result in cuts to finger tips.

Couple different things Stryker (her son) has said---She only carries a wallet (not found,nor phone) and the bag was not from a restaurant that she frequented and it wasn't a fast food joint. Just throwing that out there, not trying to correct you )

I don't know Pagliacci (I'm in Canada), but the other three have plastic bags. In my experience though, McDonald's only gives plastic bags when you order salad, and Subway generally only when you have more one than one item, so they don't usually give out plastic bags (iirc).

There is NO proof that this bag belonged to or was in fact available .

I've never seen plastic at McDonalds, and only have seen long narrow plastic bags at subway (even with multiple subs, I think they can only fit 2 per bag?) ... No idea on Dominos or Pagliacci

Could be, but I wonder why LE would have stated she had been there (not on that day, necessarily, but more than once certainly).

I am thinking they weren't guessing, but maybe instead were able to link her to the "restaurant" through debit/credit card transactions and/or through witnesses (friends/coworkers/restaurant employees who could verify that she had gone to the restaurant. ("Frequent" is kind of an ambiguous word. If she had gone to the place once or twice a month someone could use that term somewhat appropriately. But it would also be appropriate if she went there three times a week.)

Agree, it could totally be a coincidence that she happened to have gone to the same restaurant that the bag came from. Fast food serves so many people every day. Could have just been a convenient find--a discarded bag, to be used by Cheryl or her killer.

On the flipside, of course maybe LE knows she went to the restaurant at some point during the days prior to her death.
