Cynthia was last seen when she left her dog and some belongings at a friend's house in Lynnwood and left for an appointment, but she never returned. Police believe Cynthia was headed to the Marblemount, WA area to visit an ill relative but wasn't heard from after leaving the friend's house in Lynnwood. She may also use the first names "Crystall" or "Christine".
