...He’s believed to be between 17 and 25 years old.

He was wearing a black and white hooded sweatshirt, a shirt with the logo “We Shall Overcomb” and brown pants. A Captain America hat was found nearby.

An autopsy revealed that the man had an unnamed condition that likely placed him from the Ohio Valley at some point in his life.

Hope he is identified. Sad. Wonder what condition he had. Hope they find out who shot him too.

Good find, that could very well be what was found in his blood. Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but looking at the sketch the UID seems to be on the younger end of the 17-25 age range.

I could have sworn they did in one of the article links. But looking back I cannot find it. He looks to be Middle Eastern or African American by their sketch. But who knows with genetics and traits it is not always easy to determine. Maybe they think him being shot had to do with his ethnicity. I hope he is identified.

Body found shot to death in Capitol Forest was LA teen
October 25, 2016

The body of a young man found shot to death last week in the Capitol Forest has been identified as an 18-year-old from Los Angeles.
The Thurston County Coroner’s Office identified the victim at Dakota Tyree Walker.

I want to know WHO the guys were that were arrested. its odd to me their names aren't being released.

I wonder if it is because they are searching for sex crimes or anything prior to Dakota turning 18. Seems like that is the case by the whole domestic slave relationship. I wonder if they are withholding names to see if there was any like sex ring stuff going on so as not spook whomever is heading it or the identity/property theft rings they are allegedly apart of. Makes me wonder too. Poor guy. :/
