Is it possible that Israel Keyes could be responsible? He was only 47 minutes away from Federal Way about 17 days before her disappearance. And his MO was to kill random people that he didn't know and make them disappear.

Danica’s belongings, including her mobile phone, were found in a “seedy” motel seven miles from her home.
