LEAVENWORTH - Friends, family, and authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating David Gimlett, a 33-year-old Leavenworth man who has been missing since Friday evening.

Violet said Gimlett and his girlfriend were recently displaced by flooding in the Leavenworth area and that Gimlett had also recently lost his job. She said he may be injured or confused but emphasized that he is not considered dangerous.
