The second teen accused of beating a World War II veteran to death during a robbery in Spokane has been sentenced to 16 years in prison under a plea deal in which he pleaded guilty to murder.

In return for the plea from 17-year-old Demetruis Glenn, prosecutors dropped a robbery charge...
