Devin Scott was last seen on Aug. 1 when he abruptly left his belongings after visiting with family. Scott is homeless and is familiar with the Mukilteo/Everett area. Scott is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with black/brown-colored hair and hazel eyes.
