Not sure if this was ever resolved but someone has a private tree on Ancestry re "Charles Chuck Donnatelli" on "Mom's Side".

Perhaps they could be contacted?

bump. Owner answered but doesn't seem to want to be involved. I think this boy died under suspicious circumstances. Father may be alive. Mother seems to be long gone. He went to the Special Olympics and disappeared/died shortly thereafter! Someone has to know something!
