PASCO, WA - Pasco Police Department are asking the community for help finding a missing 8-year-old boy.

Edgar Casian has not been credibly accounted for since September 2020. Two of his siblings (9 and 3 years old) have recently turned up in Tijuana Mexico under alarmingly dangerous conditions, according to Pasco Police.

Edgar is described as Hispanic with black hair, brown eyes, about 4'0" and 60 lbs.

Officer Adrian Alaniz and Detective Davis have been dealing with parents and stepparents who should know where Edgar is, but claim they don’t.

What a mess! That was a bit hard to follow, but I think I got it. LE will have to release more info if they're hoping for the public's help, imo. I wonder if the " parents and stepparents who should know where Edgar is, but claim they don’t" are in WA or Tijuana, MX? It seems Edgar's case will need a good investigative journalist and a PI if they want to tips and leads to help find Edgar. Do we know whether Pasco PD has reached out to Mexican authorities for help or if Edgar's family found the other two children?

She (the mother) called police and Washington state Child Protective Services to have them checked on, but both agencies said they couldn’t take the kids from their father. She felt her concerns weren’t taken seriously until she recently received a call from police asking where the children were since their father claimed the kids were with her. Then she learned her daughters were found in Mexico and were being returned to the U.S. Quintero still doesn’t know where they are but heard they may be in foster care.

PASCO, WA - Pasco Police are on the case for an 8 year-old missing boy. NBC Right Now spoke with Edgar Casian's mother, Maria Quintero who says she is heartbroken and just wants her baby to come home safe.

During an emotional phone call with NBC Right Now Quintero said, "I want my babies back, I would do anything for my kids... I would do anything, we need to find my baby please, they need to tell me where is he. Please, I'm begging them to please tell me what they did with my boy."

A mother's desperate cry as she shares her worries and begs anyone who has information to please contact Pasco Police. 8 year old Edgar Casian was last seen in Pasco in September of last year.

BREAKING: Police issue arrest warrant for father and girlfriend of 8 Year missing Pasco Boy, Edgar Casian

PASCO, WA – Pasco Detectives have issued an arrest warrant for Edgar Salvador Casian Garcia and his girlfriend Aracely Media, also known as Aracely Tapia, following Garcia’s 8 year old son Edgar Casian’s disappearance in September.

Police are looking to book the couple for assault of a child in the first degree after Edgar’s sisters ages 9 and 3 were found wandering the streets of Tijuana Mexico under what police call “alarmingly dangerous circumstances.”

As the search for 8 year old Edgar Casian continues, Pasco detectives tell NBC Right Now,
Edgar Salvador Casian Garcia and his girlfriend Aracely Media are prime suspects in his disappearance and are known to have ties to Mexico.

Police are currently working with the FBI, U.S Marshals and the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children to find Edgar Casian.

I am enraged!
I feared this was the case when the said alarming and dangerous conditions. This means unfortunately that the little boy could be alive and in dire straits. I cant even call these "parents" animals. Animals dont do these vile things.

Human bones discovered by hikers in rural Benton County Feb. 5 have been identified as those of a child reported missing in 2021. Detectives are working with agencies involved in the case to notify the child’s family, according to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

Although the identity of the child has not been made public, Pasco police issued an alert in 2021 for Edgar Casian, then 8 years old.

What messy and sad circumstances! The mother did not seem incapable of tqaking care of the kids, but gets separated as of legal issues, and the kids get in such bad environment. How hard it may be to watch this happening but not having much means to intervene?

I hope they find these two animals, I can't put into words what my thoughts are right now. Who has the nine and three year old girls now? Praying they receive intensive therapy and a loving, safe, home with sensitive, caring, people.
