COWLITZ SHERIFF ACTIVELY CONDUCTING SEARCH FOR MISSING WOODLAND MAN; SEEKING PUBLIC'S HELP
Woodland, WA – Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office began the search about 10:30 a.m. today for a Woodland resident after friends and family reported he did not show up for an appointment this morning.
The missing man is Enrique “Henry” Ramirez. He is 51, 5’ 9” and 160 lbs. Mr. Ramirez friends went to his house and found his car, wallet and cell phone were still at his house. A friend of Mr. Ramirez visited with him last night and he said that he was going jogging in the morning. Mr. Ramirez frequently goes for a run in the area around his house, which is in the 400 block of Fredrickson Road, about 7 miles east of Woodland, Washington.
Search and Rescue personnel, Reserve Deputy Sheriffs, and other volunteers are on scene and more are on the way. There is a Sheriff’s sergeant who is on scene and two deputies sheriffs. The area is being searched by car, by foot, and by drone.
The Sheriff’s Office is looking to talk with anyone who may have seen Mr. Ramirez, or have an idea where he might be. They should call the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office at 360-577-3092.
There is no indication there is foul play involved.
