Galina was last seen in 13500 block of 69th Avenue southeast in Snohomish, Washington on October 11, 2009. Her husband of ten years said he believed she went to her job at the Nintendo store in Kirkland, Washington on October 12. He didn't realize she was missing until she didn't come home that night. It appears that her car was never moved from its spot in the garage and none of her belongings were missing except her wallet and cellular phone, which has been turned off since her disappearance.

Galina was born and raised in Russia and moved to the United States approximately eight years before her disappearance. She was living with her American husband and her son from a previous relationship, who has since returned to Russia. There's no evidence she took a bus or plane anywhere after her disappearance. When she stopped showing up for work, Galina's coworkers thought she might have left the country for medical care; however, she hadn't said anything to her son about traveling out of the country.

Galina was last seen wearing a t-shirt, a gray L.L. Bean parka, sneakers, and jeans. She wears prescription bifocal eyeglasses and has a scar on her abdomen. She speaks Russian and limited English, with a Russian accent.

I'm really, really new here but can this be her?
As I can see on NameUs it wasn't excluded?

Estimated Age Range is weird, either blank or "Adult - Pre 30" but the picture is not that young also.
And it is King county, kind of a home area for her, her son, husband and presumed russian ex-husband I can track in public address records, they all lived in and around the area in the early 2000s, closest address being 4-5 miles from the place the remains were found.

Btw several articles claimed the son returned to Russia but this doesn't seem to be accurate as he can be tracked in around Seattle area to this day.

Got a comparison pic with removed glasses, can someone experienced please take a look at this and tell me if it's worth matching or flagging at all? Again, I'm totally new and could be delusional but I see the resemblance

Not sure if I did it right but I tried matching the cases on Namus via contact form and emailed Snohomish County Sheriff's Office (listed as Case owner)

Asked AI about the comparison pic:

"While some basic similarities exist in general facial layout, the specific features show substantial variation that would not typically be attributed to forensic artistic interpretation alone.

Taking these factors into consideration, I would estimate approximately a 30-40% similarity in appearance between these two images. This suggests they are more likely to be different individuals rather than the same person."

Everyone I ask say they are different too, so I must be delusional. Wish someone here would just tell me so really, the thought crossed my mind to even message her son on social media about this but obviously I am not going to do that now.
