Well - I'm not too sure this trial is happening if the State has a supplemental list of witnesses this late into the trial. ??
When I search for this trial - all I'm coming up with are March, 2022 articles saying the trial is starting...

I'm going to hold off in continuing to post the trial stuff, until someone can come up with something current.

Any no articles on what is going either.

Now when I go into the court site - it doesn't come up with any place I can "click" to get into the site... I don't know if it's down for maintenance, but it will usually stop searching and say it is down. So don't know what's going on with the court site.

Sorry I have not been posting very much, life has been kinda crazy with trial going on and trying to complete my last semester of school until I’m out for the summer!!! I’m going MIA for the next couple days so I can catch up and complete my finals this week! Please do not take it personal if I don’t answer right away! I believe I found the problem in trying to get into the Washington court site....

AOC implemented a patch to address a vulnerability identified in Odyssey Portal. On April 29, 2022, we discovered a security issue that we are investigating. In an abundance of caution, we have decided to disable anonymous access to Odyssey portal. This change does not affect registered users nor the Odyssey Navigator case management application used in Washington superior courts.
