This was filmed after police had left.

I watched it again. The reporter didn't mention that a search warrant had been served on the house behind her.

So I think it was filmed after the remains were found and before the search warrant was executed.

So, if the house had a "for rent" sign in the window, does that mean the units were empty? Perhaps the bin wasn't checked because there is no one there to check it. Did someone move the bin to the curb for today's trash pick-up....or has it been on the curb all week?

I'm thinking it was just another bin on the curb - like the recycling bin was - and JC picked it because it was handy.

Though, I have to admit I wonder if he had ties to that particular house, either as a place he stayed or he had a grudge against someone there.

IDK. Just guessing and thinking aloud.

A neighbor across the street says the house is empty and for rent. I don't know if that means both/ all units or just one

The broadcast I saw was a guy with glasses. He said he had seen him there a few times and one time with kids. Maybe these people want their 15 min of fame. It's hard to know what to believe.

On one of his dating profiles it did say he had kids.

I saw that too and something like "but they (pretty sure it was plural) live far away. And i would not be surprised if he abdanded them.

Or, he said he had kids because it would attract single moms? I think he had a thing for moms.

His ex-gf didn't mention that he had kids, fwiw.

We can only hope!!!

Hi White!

I totally think he will be unable to survive long in prison. He did it for a couple of stints, but for life, I am sure these are rougher dudes than petty criminals. Gangs and stuff. He is going open his mouth one day and find a shank in his left lung!

We have a time gap from 4 in the morning to 1030PM the next night . That one heck of a sleep, so I wonder if this is the last find.

I also found it interesting and perplexing , after being so "drunk", slaughtering someone, driving around dumping bags, that he remembered to text ex saying something has come up.

If had those tasks to do, I would think some landscaping would be the last I would think of.

Then I thought a narccisit would recall to keep that relationship up - two nights a week not a shleter is quite a "reward" for cutting some bushes

So is this the actual house where the remains were found? Someone up thread said it was up the block, and I notice the truck is not right in front of it.

I can't imagine the police would find much if the house were empty.

Why the warrant? Did they search the house of the first guy that found the remains?

In one setting I had shelter guys. At least here , here is how it worked. They would have to line up like hours before it opened, and it filled really quick. They were really strict about alcohol, drugs, and or fighting. They would get banned! It was awful they said. A lot of sick people, coughing all night, and smelly. They would get basically like kicked out really early in the morning after a shower and some food, and go walk around the streets until the next afternoon to get in line again. If they did not get in they slept on the streets.. SOme waited on line, if it filled they would go try another shelter. Pretty sad existance IMO.

Well I'm just trying to catch up and I am super confused. I hope y'all can help me out.

The video here (which took me for freaking ever to load, fair warning!) apparently was shot when the remains were found.

http://www.thv11.com/news/crime/new-remains-found-near-ingrid-lyne-scene/135347034

It's clear that the search warrant house is not surrounded by crime scene tape. So this had to be before the search warrant was executed.

What triggered the search warrant for that house instead of any others on the block? Did the bins belong to it?

Also in the video is a shot of a different house having some renovation done on it. I think it is the house visible with the blue tarps in the aerial photography.

Wow he's kind of a small guy. This is the best court video of him yet. Thanks for the post [emoji2]

From the twitter account of a KOMO news reporter:

Overhead of the house behind police tape earlier:

I'm not getting your point. In the video I posted, the reporter is standing in front of this very house, there is no crime scene tape around it as in your second pic, and she never mentions that the house behind her was served with a search warrant. Which it seems she would surely do if the video was shot after that.

Edited to add: And as far as I can tell we still don't know what triggered LE to seek a search warrant on that house.

So my story and I'm sticking to it, is that the video I linked was shot after the remains were found but before the search warrant was executed.

Right, sorry, i misinterpreted. Yes, I think you are right that it was the window between when searchers left and warrant was granted. We don't know why they wanted to search it, just that at least one of the units was empty and for rent.

Who is this guy? As someone else pointed out, those day labor jobs around there could have something to do with this particular location. MO in this crime was he packaged and dropped off in various locations. As CARIIS mentioned and got me thinking he might be comfortable packaging and delivering drugs occasionally, but this time it wasn't drugs. He might go to thoughts of what is convenient and somewhat familiar to him.

Random thought: I love (not really) how the latest reports say that this new discovery of body parts "may" be linked to Ingrid's case.

I know they have to be careful of what they say but really, what else would it be linked to? Do people in that area routinely discover body parts in their trash?

I'm not making light of the situation, just making light of the media. I feel so bad for everyone who loved Ingrid, especially her children. :crying:

Hahaha. Those are coming. Scary [emoji24]

O/T but need a laugh - body parts are depressing......

I found it very amusing when the reporter explained that you are supposed to keep both hands like hovering over the steering wheel "just in case". I thought this is the stupidest thing I have heard of. It costs 100,000 and your supposed to keep your arms "hovering" in the air. Do you have any idea how sore I would be if I had to hover like that!! My arms would fall off!! Or I might pass out from pain and crash into the steering wheel and cause a major pileup!

And of course you still had to"keep your eyes on the road" . I thought ***** for a 100K, i would hire a driver, sit back, enjoy a cocktail, and leave the driving to him!!

Goodness, they have washing machines now that reorder your detergent automatically (no joke) from Amazon when it gets low! Again it amuzed me, I am right brain and shopping lists (actually , I have a confession) I have made 4 shopping lists in my existance and left three of em at home!! but geezzzzz picking up some Tide or something is not , like, really, what I would put on the "tough to accomplish" list. Honestly what is the consequence of running out of detergent for 18 hours??

Compare and contrast. No Tide/ Terminal Cancer!

I would however, be interested in a self cleaner refrid/freezer combo. Self cleaning bathroom tiles sound, well, worth a 100K!

Same thing with running your dishwasher from your cell. It takes two seconds, at least mine, to push " wash".
