Here is some stuff in terms of how describes himself:

37 non smoker
wants nothing serious
average body
No drugs (!)
very ambitious
some college
student/aquatics
He put Capricorn under Ethnicity ??
he’s “undecided/open” to having kids,
his longest relationship was over two years
he drinks socially.
My intent here is to simply make friends and meet up for a good conversation…..not much of the crowded bar or club type. Mellow and quiet is more my scene.

I’m not here for dating. Only friendships. This us not some scam to get laid either.

However, if we did meet up as friends we could grab coffee, beer, comedy show…etc. whatever people do as friends basically.

Lyne had lived in the area for about 13 years

Since 2014, death penalty cases have been suspended in Washington State.

state has not executed anybody since 2001

http://heavy.com/news/2016/04/john-charlton-ingrid-lyne-murder-suspect-facebook-page-death-penalty/

Clearly, pretty much every word of that was a lie.

The drugs (known addict), his level of ambition (he's homeless), he prefers mellow and quiet (known to have explosive and violent outbursts).

The only truth he's made evident in these descriptions is that he has no concept of what a normal, healthy relationship looks like (proven by his "whatever people do as friends, basically" comment).

Ughhh...

I have had nightmares the last three nights about all of this. I should probably sign off for a bit. Came back today in light of new updates. Thank you all for the great conversation. Remember to take care of yourselves, too!

Not sure if this link will work. If not look for the recent article posted on Reddit under r/Seattle. Interesting insight and reaction from locals and residents of the street.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Seattle/comments/4ey1mc/body_parts_found_near_site_where_renton_nurse/

That's a good link. Many locals posted there. Guy lives across the street did say the house for rent was vacant.

Another poster who was escorted home with the cops took a video with his phone.

JC sure was bold to open someone's bin to discard her body parts. Big windows all around those houses maybe being around 4 am no one noticed.

Cell footage from neighbor
http://m.imgur.com/j9hoLUO

Another posted who lives nearby said there's a dumping ground nearby for stolen cars maybe JC knew about that and was hoping her car got stolen to blame the thief or possibly he scattered the parts around so the homeowners would get blamed for the murder.

I think JC was thinking of all kinds of scenarios hoping one would stick so no one would suspect him.

I think that the poster with NC in her/his name has compiled a really good list. We could divide and conquer! Like an assignment! Cariis, you search in Montana/ this county/ from 2001 2003 etc , if some folks wanted to try that I am in. Just got a little anxious , boy what has this man been up to? Sadly, I think if we wanted to do that we would have to include males.

If someone has a good starting list, they could post they are willing to give out the assignments, Posters interested could PM that poster for their assignment. Conversly if someone wants to give me a good list I am fine with doing the breakup , however it may work. Using counties compared to states intially to narrow start down.

My skill set would be better to be "given" a task as oppossed to organizing one. I know, I know, that is just shocking to some considering the layouts of my posts!! I am most def right brained, with my left side coming in far far behind!! I am def a blank canvas and not an Excel spreadsheet!!

I would also think missing persons found deceased would be a good starting point - to see if we see any similarites as oppossed to those still missing --an Mo if you will.

And the frequent relocating in and of itself is someone telling, inability to plant roots anywhere -always ends up in places where he has run ins with the law. In the beginning of his crime spree I think running from place to place, the internet was not nearly as proficent as it is now in terms of tracking -- he was just basically running his whole life. That in and of itself is information.

I started digging into his past. I searched the MT Board of Parole records and found no record of his name for parole consideration. I did however, come across this article:
http://missoulian.com/news/local/ma...cle_c2247cbf-0114-5105-a9dd-3031e44b3d05.html
It appears that in his sentencing back in April 2010, his sentence included credit for time served. MT's code for parole requirements is a minimum 25% of the sentence unless specified differently by the judge. If his sentence was completed Dec 2014 and his sentence was 60 months, then his eligibilty for parole would be 15 months (March/April 2010). I'm assuming he was arrested and placed in jail @ Dec 2009 -- 60 months prior to Dec 2014, and time for his arrest in Idaho for the crimes in MT commited 6 months prior. That may mean he was released after sentencing -- time served beyond 15 months, explains not seeing his name for any parole, and seeing his Facebook activity again shortly after his sentencing date.
Question is, where exactly was he during those years of 2010-2014' ish? He was not in the MT prison system - parole eligibilty is guaranteed and if it was denied, it would have shown up on the Board's records as "declined".
He could have been anywhere from WA into ID and MT, and who knows where else.......

What did you see when you drove by - if you have not done so yet , it would be interesting to talk to some of the people out. I would think there would be people outside "processing" with one antother.

From today (after finding second set of remains):

"Officers with rubber gloves sifted through recycling and trash bins lining the curb. Police also went door to door asking residents if they have surveillance cameras that may have captured footage of the street."

http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle...-near-site-where-slain-nurses-remains-dumped/

From link:

Misty Speck, who has lived on 20th Avenue for 21 years, wonders why police didn’t ask residents in the area to search the garbage and recycling bins last Saturday.

“They obviously can’t search them all. They might have found this earlier,” Speck said.

Thank you for this but I'm confused. Did he actually serve prison time since it says dept of corrections or did he spend his time in jail?

Is that a totally different place? Look at the time. Oh no...........

SPD's tweet says the remains were found at 20th & Marion???

This murderer has now terrorized the entire neighborhood!

Despicable!

It appears he did serve his time from arrest up to sentencing, at which time ...... " time served & released". My assumptions, but no records of prison release dates that you can find in the parole records.

From what I've heard once your released from prison there is no more record of it in the dept of corrections at least here in Cali

Ah. it's certainly possible. He could have also wiped down surfaces. On the bags that wouldn't have been easy though. They may also have them and not be releasing them yet. Considering the huge bail amount (if there even still is one?), the moving up of the first court appearance, and the up to murder one, I am going to guess that they have a lot more than circumstantial evidence on him....or he has the worst lawyer ever.

I am waiting for a superstar pro bono lawyer to arrive...........

This shows my time. Would be 9:30PST.

But the 20th vs 21st thing is really bugging me. Would police make and leave up that typo? That's kind of huge.

The most immediate questions I have at this time are...how many and what parts did they find today and are there going to be more out there? I know, sad, such ghoulish and gruesome subject matter. It's a week tonight, isn't it?

That has been in the back of my mind also!!

The "party" and house with 6 roomates ......

yes, I do remember , that darn gray one -- it haunts me for some reason- but it must have been wrong (female reporter standing in front it right?) cause I never saw it again, wonder if it was actual the ex location........IIRC it had a yard

I'm with ya on that. I was in my garage and looked around at all the things that could be used against me, a crowbar, a couple of saws, pick, rope, you name it. I've had trouble sleeping as well swirling this all around. I've a couple times questioned why the heck I'm following such sad, awful, scary scary stuff??

Who is this guy? As someone else pointed out, those day labor jobs around there could have something to do with this particular location. MO in this crime was he packaged and dropped off in various locations. As CARIIS mentioned and got me thinking he might be comfortable packaging and delivering drugs occasionally, but this time it wasn't drugs. He might go to thoughts of what is convenient and somewhat familiar to him.

You know if this keeps going (finding parts) Then I think it was an effort to terrorize. You would want to get a dead woman out of the vehicle your driving around "Buzzed" on something making deleveries is risky .

(I think crack is very real his parents said he was addicted to crack - linked earlier) ...its super addictive

Would I be the only beneficary of the site having auto correct??!!
