Two adult daughters of the mother lived in the same trailer.

I thought only the younger kids lived with them. This is from an earlier report:

Four children live at the home. A 16-year-old son was away at relatives over the weekend. An 8-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter were removed from the home Monday morning and turned over to Child Protective Services. Wilson wouldn’t say why, just that there is case history with CPS involving the family.

The mother has two grown daughters from an earlier marriage who live elsewhere.

See presser. Neighbors apparently claim to have seen Jenise between 12 and 4PM on Sunday, which is after the last time family claims to have seen her (Saturday night 10pm). Of course, there is no telling exactly how accurate this information is but it is what has been given to the public regarding a timeline.

If it's in MSM , it is permitted ! If there is a Boss watching, what , if anything, does this mean regarding discussion of dad?
ETA, well , maybe molestation did not occur? I initially thought from the wording of the tweet earlier that he was ' charged with molesting' and the charges were reduced to 4th degree assault. But this says he was charged with 2 crimes and the 4th degree assault was always there, not a reduction or plea out. The molesting charges were dropped altogether. So , this tells us he is 'violent with children' in the past but does not really prove that he molested anyone. Correct? I'm not saying he did not because I know how the pleas work but the molesting charge was DROPPED. Dropped by LE or dropped by the accuser or dropped because ??? We may never know. But this does change my opinion at this exact moment to ....... fence post up butt !

You can discuss the fact that he was arrested, charged, and pleaded guilty to assault, if you link it to MSM.

What you cannot discuss:

• The identity of the child victim -- Don't allude to it in any way, shape or form. No calculating dates, ages, and so forth.
• The children in general (other than the number of children in the home, and their age ranges, if you can link it to MSM).

Ok 4th degree assault is the least of the assault charges in WA state. I'm actually wondering why it's even a crime and not just included in 3rd degree assault, but I digress.

1) A person is guilty of assault in the fourth degree if, under circumstances not amounting to assault in the first, second, or third degree, or custodial assault, he or she assaults another.

(2) Assault in the fourth degree is a gross misdemeanor.

( i went back to find it to be sure I hadn't made the error and NO , this makes it sound exactly like what I thought . It appears from this wording, that he plead down or somehow to 4th degree assault )
This could be a msm error , which happens a lot or a cheap stab at sensationalizing what may have been very little back at that time. I'm not giving this dad a pass at all, but the actual charges are not what this tweet makes it appear. Please don't jump. I would never in a billion years defend anyone for any type of molesting or assaulting of a child. But there is a long leap from what is fact that we know to this man is a' convicted child molester' . I' ll wait for more info to draw any more conclusions about him.

Stupid me...you are right, but don't know kids ages exactly. I have slept maybe 3 hours and I am getting really tired. Still have a lot of anxiety that keeps me from sleeping well.
