Found Deceased WA - Jenise Wright, 6, Bremerton, 2 Aug 2014 - #1 *Arrest*

I keep reading about what the neighbors have to say about Jenise roaming the neighborhood beginning at four years old. The neighbors seem to have observed quite a bit of neglect. Did any of them report this information to LE or CPS? I would like to know the answer to that. To just observe and not take action to help Jenise is just as unbelievable as her roaming freely unsupervised!!!!!! IMO

Do y'all think she will be found or is this going to end up like Lisa Irwin or Isabell Celis?

Does anyone know if dogs have been present and tracked her scent anywhere? If not, I don't think she is still in the park or anywhere close by. Sadly I think she is long gone; someone either knew of her lack of supervision or just was pure coincidence that she was the child taken. I'm still undecided if dad's previous charges could be related. It also is possible that someone did know of dad's prior charges and could use that as cover for their own intentions. IMO

What is tells me is that no one bother to even look at her before she left home...much less to see if she ate, brushed her teeth or dressed...comment from neighbor tells me she did not approve.

But did this neighbor report this to LE or CPS?

Why didn't the neighbors report this?

I do not under stand why they would not pick up the phone and call LE to make a report!!!!!!

Yes the dogs have been present since the onset of the search. Public has not been told details regarding such.

I'm blown away by how oblivious they all seem to be. She is SIX! She isn't even in first grade yet but she was treated like a little adult and trusted to just do the right thing.
