I think it's because what was recovered as evidence in the probable cause doesn't exactly fit with what's been reported.

GG was told to stay away from the 11 & 12 yr old daughters of WP (one of which is mentioned frequently in msm articles speaking about Jenise), 2 years ago. He didn't, they were friends on social media until last week when things went dark.
Jenise was by all accounts out & about every day, yet no confirmed sightings of her on Sunday at all. She didn't knock on anyone's door, she didn't eat lunch at anyone's house.
LE was told "pink top, jeans, flip flops" on Sunday afternoon. We know that's not true since she wasn't around Sunday at all, and the last known clothing items were shorts, not pants.
GG's parents say he was home all weekend but we know that's not true either. At some point he was gone for quite a while, as we know.
One msm article says Jenise's usual time to come around looking for people to play with is around 9:30 in the morning. Dad says she wasn't in bed at 7am Sunday and that was unusual for her to be out that early.

There are just so many pieces that don't fit, at all. I believe some of the times reported have not been accurate. Whether by accident or intentional, is anyone's guess at this point. One thing I do know for sure is that if I were one of the people asking GG questions about this, I'd be asking WHEN this all went down. Exact day and time. I think once we all know that (and I assume we will, eventually) this is going to go an entirely different direction.

ALL MOO and tons of speculation/theorizing, of course.

One of my friends is an OPP. He says, "How do you know when someone is lying to you?"
Answer, "Their lips are moving." :/

Is it possible they noticed Saturday night she was missing, and figured things would resolve themselves the next day? I would imagine at some point the stories aren't going to match up. If GG says it happened Saturday night, and the parents are insisting she was in bed at 10 pm. How will they ever pinpoint a time?

I can't see a teen boy up so early in the morning (before 7 am) UNLESS he asked Jenise to come to his house early (or meet him somewhere) and to keep it a secret. Maybe he asked Jenise to meet him after 10 pm on Saturday? I just can't believe no one saw her walking around that night or morning though. I'm sure people are up early for work, walking their dog, etc.

Unanswered questions: where were JW parents that night and when did they go to bed? If someone opened the door to the home, would it make any noise to alert them?

Respectfully, I would like to say that 10pm is not the estimated time of the crime. I have seen it thrown around as a marker of when she was taken. It is merely the time given that her parents say they saw her in bed. There is no further details on their statements whether they brushed her teeth and actually saw her or if they opened her door and did a once-over and assumed it was her.

Also, there is no kidnapping charge. Or breaking and entering. I do not believe he entered the residence at any time without permission.

I was firmly of the belief that she was home and in bed Saturday night then somehow ended up with GG after that. Now, I find myself on the fence because of mom's comment about not hearing the door slam anymore. Jenise could not have left that home anytime after 10:00 pm or before everyone was up without waking someone up because she always slammed the door.

The only alternative is GG quietly removing her from or assisting out of the home. OR she never made it home Saturday.

sometimes ((especially during summer & breaks)) 17 yr olds are up early cuz they have pulled all nighters ..... (whether it is texting, video games, or internet) IME

Did anyone see her at 10:00 PM besides her father?

I would imagine LE is talking to the other kids, but I haven't seen anyone but him confirm this.

Only the evidence in the autopsy will tell the truth.
