I think a lot of us are having a hard time with the timeline.

Main problem for me is that I can't see him taking her out in that field in daylight. So it had to be either Saturday night/Sunday morn OR Sunday Night?Monday Morn.

But Sunday night is cutting it pretty close. And where could he have hidden her all day Sunday without being seen/noticed and how would he explain his ALL DAY absence on Sunday?

So I keep circling back to late Saturday night. :waitasec:

I have a feeling he slept over Sat night at J's after spending the day doing yard chores there. This would give him easy access to her without it looking weird. I think they made a night trip to BK in one of the family's vehicles. I think the heinous crime took place in the van. It would explain why he had easy access to his duffel bag that was probably left in there. Headed back home early Sunday from J's house and moved her body to the woods that morning....... Very sad to type this

But if he spent the night, I think that would have been in the probable cause statement presented to the court. So At this point, I don't think he stayed there that night.

I have no idea whether it was Sat or Sun, but just want to say crimes like this happen a lot in daylight, I'm not quiiiite ready to rule out a daylight abduction yet, but I need to go back and read your guys' initial threads...I joined late here, but I bet the answer is there somewhere!!! In the early threads! jmo

I can't imagine what all GG has been hiding, in his own mind. It's only maybe surfaced with family, odd behavior, no talk of course, close friends or girlfriends maybe? He's held down a demon inside him. Sexual urge that was sexually deviant, jmo. Pedo..

Sadly, I think his mom did what many mom's might do. Find out what the heck, via emotions and actions that she was smacked in the face with it. So, yeah, I'd postpone DNA testing until my 17 year old son could actually come out of his hole and speak to me. jmo Yeah, I think they covered for him and may have suspected it was him. Don't think we will get to know any facts from his family though. suks...

My heart goes out to anyone working with mentally ill people. Our oldest works at a mental hospital for the, as she says, the worst & criminal patients, pre rehab or local hospitals. It's not fun to know what she tells me.

:waiting: When is the next court hearing? 23rd? 28th?

I need answers people! :gaah:

A lot of people posted that the hearing is on August 28th, but the Prosecutor in the video I posted in the media/links thread said OCTOBER 28th. Did he make a mistake? :waitasec:

In the JH case they did not divulge all video or info right away. I lean towards this because they said more charges could be brought up. Probable cause statements doesn't need to every thing in it to arrest. They laid out the big facts

Stop with the cat and mouse discussion, please. As someone mentioned earlier, if you want to discuss the ins and outs of what cats eat, take it to the Pet Corner in the members only area.

Thanks,

Salem

Sorry - I posted before I saw this.

I know the abductions can happen in daylight. But I don't think he would have tried dumping her dead body down the muddy ravine during the day. That area is crisscrossed by trails and teens use them to get to the bus stops. Also there is a homeless camp back there. I think he would have been worried about being seen trying to dispose of her on Sunday in the daytime. jmo

Ok, what about early hours, say 3amsih, 4amish (thinking out loud, jumping off your post)

Maybe he just went right in there and got her right out of her bed (ugh, doesn't make sense, others in the room--but you know how kids sleep...i dont know...

I'm all confused. Maybe a good night's rest...

Bless yall. Good night (my dog is really sick, going to stop by Pet Corner, wherever that is, sure I'll find it, lol).

:rose:
Jenise

eta: maybe lured her out, then incapacitated her, stuck her in the duffle bag, took her to the woods...did terrible things...buried her somewhere nearby, was back home early morning.

I really think this all went down between 10 pm Sat and 7 am Sun. I think it happened in the woods where they found her underwear and shorts. I think he went home cleaned up, changed clothes (bloody underwear and shorts and towel). He worried about her being found and went back and put her in the mud bog 30 mins to 3 hours later (based on lividity) (muddy shirt). The trip to BK seems possible. What I don't know is how he got her back out of the house as I choose to believe her father's account of seeing her at 10 pm. It was stated in msm she shared a room with her 12 y.o. sister. Her 16 y.o. brother was out of town and had been gone longer than just the weekend.

I've seen conflicting stories on whether MP (teen girl) walked her home that night. I swear I've read both (she did and she didn't). Does anyone have any quotes or links handy?

I don't think anyone saw her Sunday. I think it is possible the eye witness accounts came from him or persons who suspected him and were trying to protect him. The unconfirmed account of what she was wearing was pink shirt, blue jeans, and flip flops or bare feet. However they found shorts.

The dogs searched that area Monday because her underwear and shorts were found then. Did they find a bloody scene? Those dogs didn't find Jenise.

So much we still don't know.

MOO

I keep thinking that Jenise was in bed that night, and would have been too tired to been woken up. So I tend to think early Sunday morning, or mid morning, as in maybe his parents left the house to go shopping or something.

Perhaps GG's folks went to church services and he knew their Sunday morning routine, possibly aware that after church, they went to breakfast. He would know how much time he had to play with.

That being said, I still keep picturing it happening Saturday night/early Sunday under the cover of darkness.

From what Jenise's father said, 7am was even a little early for her to be out the door, so maybe she was gone all night, somehow. Wish we had more to go on.

Yep, 3 or 4 am-ish Sunday morning, that sounds about right to me.

Can't see it being 3 or 4 am Monday morning, cuz LE was crawling all over the park already.

So yes, he may have gotten her from her home on Saturday night and was done before sunrise. jmo

Sunday would indeed be cutting it VERY close, unless there were no cops checking the woods Sunday night after they arrived, AND didn't get around to knocking on Gaeta's door in any hurry. She could have disappeared, suffered at his hands, been someplace, and moved all about an hour easy. That's if you go with just 30 minutes allowed for when she was moved. Maybe she was just laying in the "relative" open in those woods initially and he snuck back out and moved her a short distance and placed the pallet over her.

In rush to get back out of the woods — and in the dark, which I suspect it would be earlier under tree cover — he either forgot, couldn't see or dropped the clothing items that were found near her body.

Makes it back inside his home shortly before all Hades breaks loose with cops, which would not have been earlier than about 10:30pm. Quick shower and shove the muddy & bloody items out of sight.

For locals. How fast was there a notable response from LE? Meaning several cars and evidence that they were going beyond just door-to-door? How fast there with a K9 unit? How quickly were they headed into the woods? By 11pm?

The speed and numbers with searchers is what really reduces the timeline on Sunday, but that presumes he didn't haul her off into the woods before it even started to get dark. Without being aware of any confirmed sightings on Sunday, she may have been killed early that morning and buried/covered with the pallet a little later in the day. Are there a bunch of early morning risers in the MHP?

How close by do the transients live? I.e. how much privacy might one think they would have from 7-8:30am Sunday in those woods?

There might not even have been any forced entry if he did come into the home and take Jenise. It is possible that he could have rigged a door to not lock all the way, have had a spare key, knew where they hid their spare key, or could even have known which windows were left unlocked (or have left one unlocked). Brazen, but not impossible.

I remember reading about actual searchers searching at 1:30 am Monday.
