"The weekend she went missing, Woeppel says, her daughter told her she was at a home on 276th Street NE in Arlington. Then, Jessica video-messaged her mom on Facebook from outside Angel of the Winds Casino. She told her mother she was scared and said she was with a creepy guy who had her car keys. She couldn’t go inside because she didn’t have her ID. It was the last time Woeppel ever heard from Jessica."

She was trying to get her car back from a man who took it without permission, and according to her mother, Becky Woeppel, video-called the afternoon before she vanished from outside Angel of the Winds Casino, to say she was with a creepy man and scared.

Woeppel does not believe her daughter is alive.

According to local homeless and drug addiction outreach non-profit, The Hand Up Project, Woeppel and other family and friends of Jessica have received anonymous tips from people in the local drug community in Lake Stevens.

“Stating that they know exactly what happened — that an individual took her life and stuffed her in a black bag and tossed her in the river,” said Robert Smiley with the Hand-Up Project.

“She is presumed dead. She’s not had any contact, none of her Facebook accounts have been accessed,” he added.

Her car has still not been found either. It is a black 2009 Ford Fusion like pictured here, but with severe windshield damage.

Photos for reference; not of Jessica’s car.

Charley Project says After her disappearance, her ex-boyfriend went to the property and Seybold's car was there. The women living in the house claimed they had written permission from Seybold to have the car.
How were the people able to keep the car? She would have had to sign it over for them to have it legally. I'm confused the car was there at the property? Now it's missing?

I am Jessica's mother Becky Woeppel. Jessica's car was recovered on December 23rd, with a forged letter claiming to be from Jessica giving Jason Larcom permission to have Jessica's car. I have a message from Rhianna Rammage, Jason Larcom's girlfriend who claimed that Jason Larcom gave Jessica a check for her car. I was a banker and Jason Larcom would never get a checking account. Jessica was a service writer for an automotive shop and she would never think about taking a check for a car.

I am Jessica's mother Becky Woeppel and yes, this does need attention and help. Despite all the misinformation with this case, I have evidence that points to everyone involved with Jessica's murder. I hardly think Washington state will prosecute any of them . Jessica was never homeless and she was living in my house with our family and her dogs. Her car was recovered with a forged letter written by Rhianna Rammage giving her boyfriend at the time, Jason Larcom permission to have Jessica's car. Jessica was trying to control the situation on her own and she hasn't been seen since. Jessica left names behind and she outlined what she was dealing with. She was talking to me and her son's father. Sadly she didn't tell me or him everything that was happening. When we connected everything together that next day, we knew that she was in danger or not alive. Our local police refused to help Jessica when I was begging for help. Our local police told the Everett Herald that Jessica was homeless and they entertained misinformation in the NAMEUS REPORT making it appear that Jessica had gone missing with her car.

These are from Jessica. We didn't have everything connected until it was too late despite our efforts to get help for Jessica when she was alive.

The car note doesn't look like Jessica's handwriting at all. I read the text messages you included as well. Jessica said in the text Jason was on her friends list, but he is not so I'm assuming he unfriended her after the fact. I looked him up though and saw a Jason that says he is in San Diego, is that him? This is such a sad case, I'm so sorry the police are not helping you. Something needs to be done. The FBI won't help either? There has to be a way to get you justice and get these guys questioned.

Jessica's car was recovered on December 13, 2017. Snohomish County sheriff's department allowed her murderers to destroy evidence and dispose of my little girl like she was garbage.

I wish she'd have gone into the casino and got them to call the police there and then.

"Deputies are digging up a property near Arlington in hopes of finding 39-year-old Jessica Seybold, a mother of two who disappeared in the area in 2017. After Seybold went missing in late 2017, detectives got tips telling them that she was murdered and buried on a property in Trafton, a community near Arlington. At the time, detectives didn't have enough evidence though to get a search warrant and the persons of interest who lived there would never cooperate. Now, the new owner of the property has given detectives permission to leave no stone unturned in their investigation."

I wonder if she's maybe in or near the river. Maybe there's some truth in walking down to the river, only not willingly. Could be why they haven't found her on that property. I'm am glad the new owners are allowing the searches. Either way I hope they find her,and find out what happened. MOO
