Well - I'll look in a couple of days to see if 6/7 hearing, maybe is still a go.
It’s highly unusual but it does go to the whole “innocent until proven guilty” thingI just don't understand why people accused of 1st degree murder are even given bond.... I know they plead not guilty & they get their day in court, but....

Hmmm. Yet it says he has a public defender? I don’t know much about how bail works but I guess they can’t make him sell his house to hire an attorney and it’s now tied up in the bail?Geez - that guy have $$ or what??!!!
