On July 16, 2011 he had phone contact with his sister and hasn't been heard from since. He is a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'10" and 170 pounds. His nickname is Andy. He has an eight-inch scar on his left leg, a five-inch scar on his left arm and a scar on his chest.

Couple of answers to questions I had... nickname comes from his middle name of Andrew. He was in the hospital for at least a week and may have still needed to be. Transport by fire department to hospital was in the role of emergency services, does not seem to be related to fire.
