Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Black hair, brown/hazel eyes. Korvin has a mustache and goatee. He has a scar above his right eyebrow and a scar near his left eye. His nickname is Josh.

Korvin was last seen in Mount Vernon, Washington on March 17, 2004. There was a small fire at his home that day; the damage was minimal and no injuries were reported. It isn't known whether Korvin was home at the time of the fire, but he's been missing ever since. Korvin was a professional snowboarder prior to his disappearance and competed nationally; he also owned a skate shop called Evolution in Bellingham, Washington. He left behind a young daughter. His case remains unsolved.

Joshua has had personal struggles in his own life to include substance abuse and brushes with the law. Several weeks before his disappearance, he was involved in fights and disorderly conduct in Bellingham, where he was arrested. Joshua owned and managed the Evolution Board Shop in Bellingham.

An Anacortes woman (Katherine Compton, 19) died yesterday from injuries suffered in a two-car, head-on collision near Deming, about 15 miles east of Bellingham.

Compton was a passenger in a car driven by Joshua Korvin, 26, of Mount Vernon, who was listed in satisfactory condition yesterday with a fractured spine at a Bellingham hospital.

Found his Grandma's obit from March 2015, it lists Joshua as (presumed) deceased.

Is there any link between Joshua Korvin’s disappearance and Israel Keyes? Israel Keyes was active in Washington State at the time of Josh’s disappearance and Israel had been known to set fires at some of victims’s residences, and had admitted to other arsons. Israel bragged about how many of his victim’s death were ruled “accidental” or were otherwise not ruled as suspicious.

A professional snowboarder escaped a fire at his Mount Vernon home 20 years ago and hasn't been seen since

Josh Korvin was a pillar in the Mount Vernon snowboarding and skateboarding community. He vanished from his home in 2004 and hasn't been seen since.
