So who determines who the victim is? In my opinion the "alleged suspect" is THE VICTIM of false accusations in this matter. However, nobody does their research to determine if the accusations are true! It's all hearsay via social media and the other side is never taken into consideration. So in my opinion I'm advocating for the victim here.

I really hope all of you keep following the story because this is going to be the biggest law enforcement screw-up of the century! This is just one of many things they have done wrong so far.

At the 1:33 minute mark in the video, Ed Troyer says, "It was our duty to put that picture of that baby out because we didn't know who that baby belonged to."​

They are doing their due diligence. MOO

How could they test the cupcake if she ate it, lol. They did say thay ran toxicology reports though. My question is, if they did and it came back "positive" for GHB why would they now be looking for a different substance in her system? In my opinion, they would only be looking for something else if they did NOT find the GHB in her system as claimed. Do you have an opinion on that Niner?
Or maybe this is the point where should stop the conversation so we don't offend anybody. . . .? (I don't mean for that to sound rude)

You are correct. They did do their research. But did you hear the part that said that they took those pictures off of Parker's phone to begin with? So why didn't they show the full pictures instead of cropping them and intentionally leaving out the rest of the picture.? That doesn't sound even a little bit suspicious?

To my knowledge, LE hasn't revealed the details of the interviews with the other mothers. Perhaps it took her a while to come up with the poisonous cupcake idea. She doesn't seem to be the brightest bulb. MOO

They did reveal the details of some of the other interviews however they said the majority of them didn't report anything suspicious.

Gabby Romias is due to give birth next week but originally thought her daughter was coming in late January or early February. She was so excited when she heard about the chance to get newborn photos done for free. She talked with the suspect and everything was ready to go for when she went into labor.

“I was supposed to contact her after, I tell the hospital I'm on the way and she was going to meet me there,” Romias said.

Romias is so glad her daughter’s due date took a little longer than she initially expected. “I thank every guardian angel looking after her (daughter). She (the suspect) got caught yesterday and at least we avoided that,” she said.

Romias hopes by sharing her story others will think twice when offered something for free, “I have never felt so relieved and blessed and scared at the same time."

*Motion Hearing (@ 9am PT) – WA – Elysia Miller victim w/5 wk. old baby (Feb. 5, 2020, Spanaway) - for *Juliette Leilani Parker (38) aka Juliette Noel & Juliette Gaines arrested & charged (2/14/20) & arraigned (2/18/20) with 2nd degree assault & 2nd degree attempted kidnapping. Plead not guilty. $50K bond (released over the weekend on $5K bail (originally set at $50K but bonded down to 10%). Judge changed (2/18/20) bond to $150K; back in jail. Released a second time (2/20/20) at about 1:40 p.m. after she paid the increased bail amount.
*16 year old daughter of Parker arrested & charged (2/14/20) with 2nd degree assault & 2nd degree attempted kidnapping. Held at Remann Hall Pierce County Juvenile Detention Center.
Arrested after allegedly posed as baby photographers & drugged a woman in an attempt to steal her newborn. It was on the third visit that the woman alleges that the drugging took place. Parker's teenage daughter allegedly gave the victim a cupcake & as soon as she ate the treat, the woman immediately felt drowsy.
Trial was set to begin on 4/7/20 continued to 7/9/20.
2/14/20 Update: Preliminary hearing on 2/18/20. 2/18/20: Plead not guilty. The judge in the case also raised her bail from $50K to $150K, saying that he had to consider the safety & security of children who may be involved & she could be a flight risk, and she was re-booked into the Pierce County Jail. Miller was poisoned with the date rape drug GHB. Next pretrial conference hearing on 3/3, Omnibus hearing on 3/17 & trial set to begin on 4/7. 1/20/20: Her bail was set at $150K & ordered to have no contact with her teenage daughter, who is also accused for her part in the elaborate plot. Bailed out of jail a second time. 2/24/20: Notice of withdrawal & substitution of counsel. 2/25/20: Granted substitution of counsel.
3/3/20 Update: Pretrial conference hearing continued. Motion for trial continuance-granted. Hearings on 3/17 & trial on 4/7 are cancelled. Next Pretrial hearing on 3/26, Omnibus hearing on 5/7, Trial Readiness hearing on 6/19 & trial is scheduled to begin on 7/9.

Really looking forward to seeing justice in this case. Really vile woman for sure. I wonder how she got her daughter involved? Are the both sociopaths, or is the daughter in fear of her mom? I wonder what they were going to do with that baby. Sell? Adopt? Worse? They need to impose max sentencing on whatever is the worst thing they can get her on. I don’t want to be reading about something else she’s done 15 years from now! Mo
