Found Safe WA - Kaliya Sullivan, 19, Lynnwood, Snohomish County, 15 Apr 2019 *mental health issues*

LYNNWOOD, WA (April 17, 2019) - On April 15, 2019 it was reported that a 19 year old female named Kaliya Sullivan left her residence in the 20800 blk of Hwy 99. She was last seen wearing a black coat with a hood, black Vans shoes with a black backpack and a long board. She is described as 5'2" and 171 lbs.

Her family reports that she has significant mental health issues and may appear to be in significant crisis and/or having a severe panic attack. She is known to frequent quiet locations, such as parks, to be alone.
