In case anyone didn’t click thru, booking names him and lists charge as first degree murder. RCW 9A.32.030: Murder in the first degree.
I scrolled through the new inmates. He is mentioned. There does not seem to be any new female inmate that would fit the bill of the photo or potential accomplice.
also FYI it seems like her cell phone was Recovered during that Owens beach dive team “exercise” discussed up thread.

Kassandra's has been found. A word of awe to Pierce county PD and Seattle police. Searching for a murdered woman is a difficult job, and in a difficult time, they have done it fast, and professionally. My big respect to them.
I feel horribly sorry for KC's mother and brother. They have one another, but lost a beautiful daughter, and a sister. I wish them strength in what follows the discovery of Kassandra's body.

My prayers to her friends and family. Her mom was right all along.
A map from where she was found to where her car was found. This is just a general idea, I don't have the exact addresses. Her last phone ping is much farther north near Vashon Island.

She was literally dumped right off of the side of the road or at least that's what it looks like.
That was my first thought when I saw that aerial video. Crazy.

Wonder who's the woman in black sitting on the back of the SWAT vehicle? Looks like her hands are behind her back.
Thats his current GF. She is older then him.
He may have dropped it off and took the light rail to get a little closer to home, taken an uber, or simply walked. As others have stated it was about a mile and a half away from his house.
I am from the area. I have "hiked" those woods and trails before. Its right off the side of the road. Its lovely to drive through that way. Now it will be tainted. Also not the best spot to dump something. Best case the elements get her after years but bones will still remain. Worst case some poor kid stumbled across her and opens it up to see whats inside.

Her car was found in the 300 Block of E 26th St (between C St and D St)
She was found across the street from the University Place School District Transportation facility.

Unfortunately, WA State doesn't release booking photos automatically to the public. We will see them once the media requests it or the police release it.

Yes, LE actually found her phone during that dive out at Owen Beach but kept it quiet. They also had video surveillance of him driving her Mazda in a car garage they did not mention. Then they waited till the forensics team was done to complete the search with the GPS data from his truck. Thank god the ex-BF truck was newer and had that technology. It lead them straight to her body. There is actually a cemetery just across the street

There are houses very close to where they were found.
My thoughts and prayers are with Kassanndra's sweet Mom tonight.

Does anyone know if CD has any other kids? Some women will forgive infidelity, but not fathering a child. IMO

Thank God the ex was dumb! I can't believe he just dumped her off the side of the road like that near all those houses and that bus lot. How anyone could think they are not on camera in busy public areas nowadays is beyond me. I'm so glad that LE got that footage with his truck's license plate and everything. Her poor mother. She has some closure now but this is also when her grieving begins. Prayers for the whole family.
I am sad to hear the news but also relieved she was found at all. I’m wondering if she was found right around the start of the drive down to chambers creek where all the kids skim board? Such a popular drive. I love driving that way to Steilicoom or just to go for a drive. The only time I can think of where he could of done this was dead of the night. The windy road downwards is also poorly lit.
