The other day they didn't start the stream until about 10-15 min after it was scheduled. The most recent calendar has him in room #260 but someone else in a FB group just stated she doesn't think that room has a live feed available.

November 18th - Jury Trial 8:30 am 260.

Defendant shall be released upon execution of a surety bond in the mount of $2,000,000.00.

Wow. He is on video everywhere, and GPS from the phones and his truck fill in all the blanks. He is so finished. If it goes to court prosecution could probably wrap up in a single day if they wanted to.

People who were at his arraignment stated he does not have enough equity to post the 10% needed to make bail. Judge made the right call at $2M. At $1M I believe he likely could have done it with his house.

I hope the family files a civil suit against him and drains all his assets. He doesn't deserve anything!

what about his family members though? Sometimes family members of even the most horrible criminals surprise you and pony up the money. I am pretty worried about no electronic monitoring. I guess any bondsman might require it anyway.
