Police searching for missing firefighter from Renton

Renton resident and Mountainview Fire and Rescue Firefighter Ken Ward has been missing since Saturday and police are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the department.
Ward was last seen at about 8:45 a.m. Oct. 15 in Roslyn, Wash. He has family in the area, including three children.

Ken Ward was last seen in Rosly on Saturday morning driving a white 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck, license plate PF04426.

Off-duty firefighters are searching on both sides of the Cascades looking for Ken Ward. He is a fellow firefighter who has been missing since Oct. 16.
Ward has been a firefighter at Mountain View King County Fire District #44 for 10 years and always shows up for work. When he didn't show up Monday, fellow firefighters and his family knew something was wrong.
"He needs to know that the whole brotherhood of firemen is out there ready and waiting to help him," said his mother, Stephanie Buhl.
