Circumstances of Disappearance:
Kenneth was last seen in the backyard of his neighbor's residence.

I'm not really finding anything except that his backpack and books were located in the neighbor's yard and that he had been acting somewhat irrationally prior. This is not a newspaper reference, but other info returned on a search.
