The decedent died of natural causes at the Franciscan Hospice House. The decedent's family stopped answering calls and disconnected her phone. No other family was known. This office performed an additional NOK search but was unsuccessful. The decedent was sent to a rotation funeral home and the cremains were returned to this office.
