Wait, Normcar. I'm incorrect.

Feeser is in the 100 block of Elma Hicklin Road (for some reason I thought the numbers started in the 100s on the west end and got higher towards the East end but it looks like I have it backwards). So you have Feesers house close.. but not exact (which is no big deal, he's in that general area)

Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for the update, Jennifer, much appreciated. Would you happen to know the major focus of the search a few weeks back when LE was parked on Larson? Do you know if it went down as far as Wildcat creek? It's my guess that it's pretty dense in those woods but just wondering if there are paths in the wooded area south of the railroad tracks, between the tracks and Wildcat creek.

Grays harbor county assessors office has him at 15 W Elma Hicklin road (and I just read on the GH sex offender webpage that they don't give the exact address.. they give you the block in "hundreds". So 10 or 15 W Elma Hicklin is in the 100 hundred block. That's where I got confused)

So it looks like you are right. Ignore me. LOL

I only know what GailRene posted on here while it was taking place. Maybe someone else knows more?

Thanks, am I interpreting this correctly, then, the numbers are increasing going west to east? In otherwords, 15 would probably be fairly close to the meeting of E Elma Hicklin to the Old SE Olympic highway? If so, would be be able to tell me if 15 is on the south side or north side of Elma Hicklin Rd? Usually it goes odd/even etc., on either side of the road. Sorry, I used to drive cab when going to college, just would like to be able to pinpoint the actual home, as much as possible using Google Earth, thanks. Your address information is invaluable.

15 W Elma Hicklin is just west of where you 10 marked on your map. About the middle of your orange line, see that patch of green? That is about 15

So you are referring to the "L" shaped patch of green on the north side of the EH road smack in the middle of the orange line, if I am interpreting correctly?

Thanks!

Thanks!

The Feeser house is one of the first ones on the left (south) side of Elma Hicklin Rd. when you take Summit out of town and turn left on Elma Hicklin. I used to ride the schoolbus with the Feeser kids.

Thanks McCleary, I think I've got it now. My only problem is that you say "one of the first ones" which makes my guess a bit less than accurate. Thanks for the directions very much.

Blownaway, thanks very much for joining WS and it would be just great to hear anything that you have to offer, no matter what. Your ideas, input, and thoughts would really help! Please, just feel free to pluck the tree of ideas and things that have run across your mind relative to LB. Your input is greatly appreciated! Any new thoughts, or already posted thoughts and ideas would be very welcome. It's really depressing to see the sleuthing slow down so much over the past day or two, ideas need to be continuously shared and played out or things become stagnant. In fact, it would be great to hear some ideas from you locals as to how to keep motivation going. If there's anything that we non-locals can do, please let us know.

Sorry for multiple posting, I'm just feeling extremely depressed at how things are slowing down. Stagnant waters are never good, imo. I hope something inspires LB's threads to get on with the business of finding her.

I know how you feel. I'm hoping that some of the members' attention has been on little Robert the past few days. I also don't think it helped that the article on Monday basically inferred that LE didn't have much of anything to go on. It's discouraging. I pop in several times a day to see if there is anything to contribute to but, you're right, it's been too quiet.

I'm sorry for having contributed to the slowing down of this thread. I didn't post a ton, but I was here. I know for me, it is as distracted suggested. I (and I'm sure many of the others) have been focusing on little Robert this past week. And it just gets very overwhelming to follow multiple cases at an intense level at once. I have been checking in, but haven't had much to say, or the energy to say it. But I know that I (and I'm sure most others) have not forgot about Lindsey and will be back. The lack of information is also very frustrating. We're talking in a lot of circles. But I hope that something breaks in Lindsey's case and she is able to be brought home soon. I feel that many posters will return soon as well.

:blowkiss: to all of you who have continued to post and sleuth for Lindsey.

Normcar21: Sometimes a case is like a roller coaster ride, it slows down and starts again with a swoooosh! Hopefully that's what will happen with Lindsey. I appreciate your dedication and tenacity toward detail and ideas...I think it's great! I come to read all that has been said a couple times daily...right now I have nothing of value to contribute. all the underground water pipes and maps you are using just blow me away so I'll leave it to you and the locals. High five to you Normcar...^5 and a... :blowkiss:

I'd have to drive out there...but I think it's actually the next house...just past the trees...

I know what you mean. As they found the remains of little Robert Manwill, I also felt a chill wondering if Lindsey will end up being a cold case :-( My fear with so many of these missing kids is that they will end up like Jennifer and Adrianna Wix...only remembered with a Google after five years of nothing. Not just fear, actually...but panic! I rarely even visit the Haleigh Cummings thread anymore as it pains me to think she is also still missing without a trace.

You know, I may just take a trip up to McCleary. I've been thinking about it, but I don't know what I could do to find Lindsey if I went!

A few questions about seeking search warrents on SO property.

How a Search Warrant is Obtained

The Fourth Amendment requires that searches be specific and reasonable. That means that a judge will only approve a search warrant if law enforcement is specific as to the items and location it wishes to search. Law enforcement must also prove that probable cause exists that a specific item is located in a specific place.

Whether the warrant gets issued or not is up to the judge's review

Source - http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/Art...deral/when-is-a-search-warrant-necessary.html

Above considerations:

1. Specific and reasonable - surely the registered sex offender being so approximate to the McCleary location would satisfy this requirement?

2. Specify items and location - the SO's land and specifying that wells, septic tanks, cubby holes, etc., for evidence related to the presence of LB, either alive or dead...?

3. Probable cause - surely the fact that the individual is a RSO would be enough to satisfy that requirement?

Would the above not provide sufficient provision, within the 4th amendment, to allow for a search on the property of all RSO's within a reasonable distance of McCleary?

It would be nice to know if that has been done, at least for these 3 known locals.
A Registered Sex Offender gives up the right for LE to need a search warrant to go into his home or onto his property to search when a child goes missing no matter where he lives inside or outside the area. It is part of his release agreement for life just like registering. LE can show up at any of their homes and execute a search.

You could just go by and give MB support to show her that so many have been touched by Lindsey. You could take photos around town and wait on KK to find you. hehehe

LOL! I won't tell them I'm coming and JVK will take a pic of me and post it here as a "suspicious looking character" - right? :woohoo:

Cyberswept would probably beat him to it! LOL

I am a bit curious as to what KK has to say these days tho.
