What gave the Secreatary of State in Wa. a laugh was that the program charges $50.00 dolars a month with a 2yr. contract and no less. Thankfully no one in our state has applied for a charitable license to set up shop by having fund raisers for such a redundant item. JVK, great research as it took some doing initially when I heard about Mic Bart connected to it. O/T does anyone know if the amount and contract for phone remain the same? I'm going to be honest and say I wasn't comming back to post (due to tone of thread between posters) similar to the post addressing me in the post above. It was quite apparent that the poster didn't really want me to answer that. If she is sincerely asking and is impressed by "Stars" this tells me she has at least read their promo so I would hope this person would investigate further. I'm never going to tell someone how to use their free will. When I read the responses It gave me little annoying tears to see others sourced out info to the best of their ability as I did. Trust me I didn't expect to find what I found and it caused mooey grief, realizing I would catch grief on this paticular forum. I admire those who put such an effort in to finding LB with no concern about the hoopla surrounding money. This is about Lindsey who now has become McClearys shining star showing all what is good and true in life. Too be honest I was more interested in how all this media, traveling, associations, bank funds, tied into the FBI Forensic Psychologist profiling of Mom B more than educating the public. (I'm glad I did bring awarness.) Maybe this forum needs a new thread pertaining to profiles of the suspects not cleared if some are interested in this form of research. I'm only working on Mom B because she is the nucleous in the home. In-Sessions has a post by someone who states they are Lindsey's mom and I have no reason to doubt that as a truth. What is interesting is a sentence within her post. I was taken back a bit by this freudian slip that you could put with a profile. " I know people care about Me and my daughter" Operative word for profiling "ME", as mom B capped the M. The sentence alone is not too awfully disturbing but when you add in other behaviors it matters. Not calling mom out just trying to move away from the inner circle, the home. The other curious aspect of this post is that Mom B felt compelled to go on the internet and talk about this stuff, money, accounts, spitefulliness towards MsBart. Why? This should not be an issue for her as Mom has friends addressing her finances so that Mom B can concentrate on other more important things. Love to hear an account of the day in life of Lindsey on June 26th, from breafast till ? That could help many of us trying to find out what went on that day that may have led up to her vanishing.

I personally feel that this post does belong here since it indirectly pertains to Lindsey =)

Thank You Kagey for the catch and the new information about charities

Just a thank you again to all of the locals who are amazingly devoted to Lindsey and mum. A special thanks to Jen who is a leader by character, and, Jen, I'm sure that your son learned a whole lot about taking care of business overseas from yourself. I love your spunk and the way you keep things happening. I sincerely appreciate all of you locals so much. You have taught me a whole lot about commitment to a goal, and all of you are pure gold!

Thank you Norm, but honestly I'm not alone (I'm just the one who can't keep her mouth shut. lol).. Breanna, JVK, Destiney, onamission and the other team members not on this board and the wonderful people from LRC and Klaaskids (yes, they are still helping from afar) deserve as much, if not more, recognition as I do.

We appreciate your kind words. :)

Have any of the locals doing searches had the plearsure of meeting Lindsey's girl scout leader? I remember Lindsey's troop and leader saying Lindsey was brite, cheerful and talkative. Her imput would be valuable in helping us understand Lindsey beyond the short account we know currently? My out of the box researching has me asking, if Lindsey's home life was so terrible as reported by a neighbor ML (whether true or not, the statement was made) she may have expressed the same angst with another female adult. With the little we know about Lindsey 21/2 mon. into and investigation all these questions are important to the puzzle of Lindsey vanishing. LE is not calling the case a Stranger Abduction but is calling Lindsey's disapperance a 'Missing Person" crime. This gives me hope that the crime perpetrated on Lindsey was infact someone she knew giving hope that Lindsey isn't to far away from home, I pray. Might be time to :back:

Some of what I have read seems to me that LB was a happy go lucky child. There was mentioned she liked to laugh by the girl scout leader. I think she must of really enjoyed scouting and being with friends learning and doing new things. I think LB age is a very emotional time in any young girls life. They are experienceing physical as well as some emotional feelings. Then to add to other emotions like a divorce. I can imagine she probably was devastated at first and had hoped that her mom and dad would get back together. Most children do. I think she put on a good front for many around, being happy an outgoing as she was adjusting. She enjoyed time spent with her friends. I believed she liked to tease JB to get him going, but she loved him dearly. I also beleive she had some good coping skills for some of those times when things wheren't going as she had hoped. As an example of that would be with her friends that where mad at her for a time for whatever reason. Not sure what the reasoning was at that time but at the end we hear that where all laughing and joking around at the video store. So the fences appeared to have been mended between the friends and they where starting a new. Kids seem to be able to adjust to different situations and make the best of the situation at hand. Seems a lot better then some adults do. I know Lindsey has affected me in many ways, I can only imagine what her mom and brother are feeling as well as all of her close friends. If we could see thatsmile, hear the giggling and laughter again. God blessed you Lindsey and I hope they bring her home soon.

To be honest I am feeing kind of low today, that there is not much news on Lindsey. I can understand some of the reasoning but still an all there is a beautiful young lady out there that is still missing and I find it strange that News stations and reporters are not even reporting. I understand there are a lot of missing people but how hard is it to mention Lindsey name and just let them all know she is still missing. How long does it take to just give an update what two or three minutes of there time to mention her.

I would suggest pulling on some of the websites she claims to chair and look for things which are consistent. Start pulling up her websites and note some of the sponsors, some of which claim to offer similir products. Look up several Florida websites or just google her or her corporation. Please investigate this before placing any money into another's hands.

Thank you NS, JVK, KK and everyone else for the information I've only briefly read up on them and for $50 for a 2yr membership it just seemed like a good idea in the light of things right now. I will continue to search on them and make sure I see their program in action before we sign up!

Exactly, and because you cannot keep your mouth shut you have inspired me to a commitment financially to a cause that I had never before considered. Struggles require a force like yourself, because silence never inspires, so keep on keepin' on, Jen, I know you are being shot at from every direction, but your goal and your motives are beautiful, just like your son's goals and motivations when deployed overseas. Both of you are heros IMO. Without you, and I mean this, this thread would have died long ago. You have continued to inspire other locals to carry on, and you have taken it upon yourself to become intimate with KlausKids and other, which inspired me to make a commitment myself, in a way that is not even close to your commitment along with the McCleary locals, but at least it helps me to work out a way to contribute from afar.

You go girl:woohoo:

Before you do please spend some time searching Michele B. and those she tends to associate with especially done in Florida which according to a local news organization was being looked into by the SA's office.

It is sad that something like that can take place. It is hard to believe that there are people out there who would take advantage of individuals who are just desperate to try and keep their children safe. Thanks for the heads up on that.

Normcar21 you said it very well - whether JenniferO admits it or not she is one of the people who have taken the opportunity to really step forward and help make a difference. Breanna, JVK, Destiney and onamission as well. Great job all of you guys.

LookN4Lindsey-- taking advantage of the vulnerable is nothing new.. it's just that the internet has made us more aware of it.

You can do almost the same thing with simple programs on your computer. I set up a file with my daughters current stats in it. And this might sound paranoid but if she's going someplace and I can't be with her, I snap a quick picture of her before she leaves. If something were to happen I would know EXACTLY what she was wearing. No guessing on the clothing (cuz my kid is constantly changing her clothes).
It drives her insane but at least I know if something happens, I'm prepared (no, I'm not OCD so be quiet ;) )

Sure you aren't - that is not what the rumors are saying ;)

Really though I think that is a great idea obviously you can never be "too" careful. I have a teenager as well that changes her clothes umpteen times a day. I think I may need to invest in batteries (cause she is always taking the ones out of my camera) and start doing that too, it definitely wouldn't hurt.

You deserve compliments for doing your homework and preventing your loved ones from being scammed. In general, what this lady does along with those she associates with are a tragedy b/c they manipulate someone's fear and pain to generate nice clunks of income. I really wish the FBI and IRS would take notice of this pathetic crime and expose it all and force some to be held accountable for their actions.

OT:

Along with the garage sales all over town today is an opportunity to visit the McCleary Museum for free. It's an opportunity for locals to find out more about the area's history. It's only from 12-4 today, so I'm sorry I'm posting it late, but if anyone is interested and can get there in that time frame, it's an interesting place with very knowledgeable people. I only found out about it today when I went into town to buy lunch for one of the fundraisers.

IN MY OPINION ...

It has been almost 3 months since Lindsey (a little girl) has been taken.
I can't understand how anyone could do something like this to a child.
And in my opinion I think at least one or more persons knows who took her,
where she is and if she is alive. It would be better for them to come forward
with what they know now rather than wait until their conscious’ kills them
because it will … the longer they put it off. Not to mention it would be
easier on them with the peers than later when all will be more sever
with them.
When someone takes a child … that is when that child becomes all of our’s
and we should NEVER give up or slack off looking for her and her captors!
The longer they prolong giving Lindsey back … the more coal that will be
pilled on their heads!
