Well we know who that is, don't we! Why doesn't she just come right out and tell us instead of playing these stupid hide-n-seek games. What pray tell made her decide that now was a good time to spill the beans? What was wrong with 3 months ago?

Member or not, she can still read here. I'm just sickened that finding Lindsey has become a game to some people. If anyone and I mean anyone has withheld information about Lindsey or her whereabouts I hope they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

JenniferO, I would not take anyone at their word without some type of verification. I am just wondering what the motive is to make that kind of a statement. Sorry not sure TOS even allows me to talk about this stuff. I'll edit if necessary.

ITA; At least Local LE is being upfront about what they found and the possible relationship to Lindsey. It looked like they put a lot of stuff inside that cargo trailer.

So five days on the SW records is Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Sure media already has their PRA forms completed.

I am still trying to be careful in my assumptions, the family may only have a superficial role. As in, maybe a neighbor was house-sitting that weekend Lindsey disappeared or maybe a visiting relative has become a POI. As I type I realize neither of those scenarios make much sense, but you get the idea, what's that saying, -u-me ...

Yes, walking on eggshells right now realizing this could be the closest LE has come to learning the truth about what happened to Lindsey.

On a different note, I read an article that quotes {can't remember if direct quote but think it was} two men who live on 6th and Maple who were both home that night at the time Lindsey would have walked by. Very interesting to say the least, as one man had just come home from a retirement party and said he saw kids playing in the street but didn't know if Lindsey was one of them :waitasec:.

The other homeowner there, an elderly gentleman, said he didn't see anything either, I guess not realizing that the other man had seen children playing in the street at the same time. Very strange, and I can't get it out of my head since I read this.

It threw up a huge red flag for me. For one thing, when kids play in the street you not only see, but hear them. And in all the months we have been sleuthing Lindsey's case we have never heard about other kids playing out on Maple or 6th St, right? Weird.



UPDATE from NW Cable News: They are out searching again today in McCleary. :woohoo:

We met this morning/afternoon to hammer out some details.

The weather is very nice today. Sunny, clear skies.. time to bring Lindsey home..

I'm not even going to try to guess what anyone is doing. I know what I have done and what I am doing. And posting lies on the internet is not one of them. I prefer to stay out of that. I like how DD posts on her own forum.. where she has control of the content.

I now see why she never wanted to email though. Everything had to be done on her forums (which I was removed as a member from when I wouldn't give her some information she wanted).. *shrugs*

Like I said, I'm not analyzing this stuff. Lindsey is far to important to me and she is the only thing any of us should be concentrating on. If TG and her son are innocent.. let the LEs figure that out.

I'm *this* close to stopping from posting on the forums. I have always stood behind my word.. I continue to do that, but once my words are taken, twisted and retold incorrectly.. I shut up. That way it can't happen again.

I'm a little offended that skye/doubledecker is making up lies about me. I have no way to prove them, it's her word against mine so I'm not even going to try. But I will say she is good at twisting truths so I would choose wisely on what I decided to believe.

I haven't read what DD has stated. The only time I read you mentioned there was in a post from a local gal who lives in another town close by. I did make a post there and included this subject as I thought this local poster was a bit 'over the top' in the way she stated things and she said she does read here too. I don't care who she is. I know you from posting with you all these months and admire you very much.

I did read about another poster who is evidently local who caused trouble but have no idea who that is, and think she posted quite awhile ago. I don't read at IS so I don't have the full scoop. xox

jvk - from the very first time you posted on the Lindsey thread, I have found what you have to say and the fantastic pictures you take to be a gift to the town of McCleary. The pics you post are fantastic both in color and theme. Thanks for making a picturesque, small town, seem like home. Seems to me the locals who are doing so much for missing Lindsey are a blessing to all. Have you ever thought about professional photography? You could team up with mikeb!

Well I'm looking forward to tommorrow as I feel we will hear more about Lindsey's searches. It alway's seems to be quiet over the weekend as far as media coverage goes.

Still keeping my fingers crossed that they have something and are waiting for the right time to come out with it.

Being it is such a small town I believe it to be harder for the police department as no one wants to be in anybody else's business so to speak, shrugging things off that someone may have noticed as unusal as nothing. I lived in a small community for years and I tell you they could be a very tight lipped, a crowbar wouldn't budge their lips...JMO of course

Regarding fresh fruit: I'm going out right now to buy some fruit...I live in Chicago so it won't be fresh and will be 4x the cost. I can't quit thinking about fruit right now. lol

Well the link DD posted at 2:42 on SM is...quite something. This is all so strange.

Being very near where Danielle VanDam lived and was taken from, I saw what crime can bring out in a community, both good and bad, and I can't imagine how that must be multiplied when it happens in a very small town like McCleary.

I pray somehow, through all of the craziness, that the truth - whatever it is and whoever it involves - comes out and little Lindsey is found.

People need to understand what it takes in order to obtain a search warrant and to put a search of that magnitude together. It is my opinion the reason must have come up during one of the conversations directly with LE from a family member or evidence came to them from another source.

It isn't possible it came from someone spreading rumors or telling tall tales about another person. There has to be some compelling evidence for LE to take to a judge in order for him/her to sign the warrants. If it was so easy to obtain a SW then people would be at risk all the time which is not the case and why we have laws to protect citizens from illegal or unfounded searches.

LE must have Probable Cause. Period.
