This is probably old news but I don't recall ever seeing anything about this. I was on InterPol Missing Children tonight on another case, and put in Lindsey's name and she is listed on InterPol. The other case I was working on has an international connection - I am now wondering what the reasoning is behind Lindsey being on InterPol. There are lots of other missing children in the US - I plugged in a few names and they are not listed on InterPol. :waitasec:

Okay, I've made a decision about these maps...First of all it's silly to think that anyone wanting to get to the site would come to WS to get directions. If someone really wanted to go out there they would visit one of the map sites online and get their own directions. Secondly, there are not specific directions with the maps I'm posting. Lastly, if Lindsey's body is there and the perp is considering moving the body he doesn't need a map to know how to get there...he already knows.
If a mod asks me to remove these maps I will do so immediately. Please understand it is not my intention to hinder this investigation in any way or to offend anyone. I simply do not see the harm in posting these maps for examination.

I don't understand the issue with the maps. Anyone with guilty knowledge would not need the maps. We've got a report that there was some LE activity in that area, right? I really hate to see information withheld on here without a concrete, compelling reason, coming from a moderator.

Elpher I haven't heard this So glad you found this. It may me nothing more than getting her face seen or it may mean more. Whenn googling Crimes Against Children interpol the site gives a definition on how they work on different aspects. There are 4 different arenas Interpol deals in, "Commercial Exploitation on chilfren & Trafficking, Sex Offenders, serious violent crimes against chidren. I pray this crime wasn't exploited in anyway. Some things just slapp you into sadness.

The other thought I have, with due respect, is the only ones who would go to the area would be locals and they would probably learn it by word of mouth. Like a checker at the store told his MIL he heard the cops are checking out a place in Lindsey's case, etc. If LE feels their investigation is worth keeping a car blocking the road no one would get in anyway. And if there is no car still blocking the road there is nothing there anyway.

The perp(s) know who they are, the perp(s) know where Lindsey is - they don't need WS to show them the way on a map posted on WS. If LE wants to protect the area based on the coordinates listed by a poster on a questionable site, all the power to them.
Do I think Lindsey is located at the coordinates given - no, this is not something that would be posted online but some sick people really enjoy watching the hoops that are jumped when they post that garbage. This has happened on other cases and it is just another area that LE has to check. Is there going to be a stampede of people to that area to look - probably not and if they do LE will have it guarded until they check it thoroughly.
If the coordinates are correct and the perp(s) think LE might be on their tail - great, let them sweat.
This is all MOO and whatever the mod(s) decide is great with me - I can function with or without the maps posted.

Good job! I was trying to do that but could not figure out an address.

I can only make assumptions so all forgive. One of the subjects I know alittle bit about is is Internet Child Crimes. These words can mean Interpol agents are looking to see if Lindsey was part of commercial exploitation. This could be through the internet for buying and selling child We know what trafficing is and we know what violent crimes mean. Children are the most lucraitive commodity being finabced around the world. The crimes I'v worked on have the Austrailian Federal Police working alonside American, Canadia, brazil, and the UK working together to break open the criminals at the top of the food chain that distribute this stuff. I pray there are no photos of her out there in the matrix or wherever. I'm going to look more into this.
