Oh..and for those that do come help search. Please wear brightly colored clothing. We do supply an orange vest but if you have bright clothing to wear then do it. The more of you that is seen by the hunters.. the better.
I was out in the woods today and many of the hunters had bright yellow shirts and orange hats and vests on.. there was no mistaking them for anything but a hunter. lol

Please let me explain,
I was told by le no searches but I can not stop people from coming out to search and we have passed out so many flyers over 300 to help search,

So I called LE angain and told them this I just got off the phone with them and now once again things have changed. So the final word is this.

LE CAN'T STOP US! so we will be sending searchers out.
I know this all got confusing trust me it was for me but all has been worked out now and I do not expect any more changes.

so SEARCHES WILL CONTINUE THIS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AND EVERY WEEKED UNTIL WE JUST CAN'T SEND ANYONE OUT ANYMORE DUE TO WEATHER OR UNTIL LINDSEY IS FOUND.

It will not stop until we start making it a mandtory death sentence for predators and not allow them to be on death row for years they need to be put to death right away!!!!!!!!

So many people are starting to speak up in all arenas of child crimes and look how long that took to happen since the seventies. They were just Jane Does then. While society started to pay attention to the increase of these crimes on are babies the adult perps fine tuned there evilness and savy on the computer. I totally feel laws are going to be made to keep these guys off the street for the rest of their lives or our country will make laws like arab countries and put the sickos to death. I actually read a paper by law students were working on questioning the sign of the times and where to house these people. One said put them on an island & let them fend for themselves like Papillion. It takes society so long to catch up because people don't involve themselves in others issues unless it hits home. People like you keep this in the news and there are many "yous" out there. The squeeky wheel gets greased! We just wish these guys were removed yesterday. Hugs to you and sis for this battle for other children. Anger can be motivating energy! Keep up the good work. I buy dishes at the goodwill to break outside when I'm angry so I'm heading there now! mini laugh uffy::cry:

Just to let you and everyone else know. the fine Governor of the state of Washington is having the dept of corrections go through the pedophiles prision records and those that have good behavior are being let out Early! I think the pedophiles are smarter than all of us I mean after all they know if they are good little boys and girls they will get out early and will be back on our streets to take another one of our babies! This is Wrong and we need to stop this from happening!

That's maddening! I remember reading the history of the Groene's murderer and molester while he was in the Washington State system, and it was just shameful how they let him get by them.

Just so you know we are in the process of getting together a walk to protest the release of these nasty scumbags they should put them all in a big gas chamber and let them die!!!! Check your state wherever you live don't let them do this these people can not be let out. 10 to 1 the creep that just killed little Sommer has done these crimes against a child before. They are never cured they are sick people who prey on our kids and will continue.

In 2006(?), because of him, we tried to get Dylan's Law (cutie in my signature) passed in Washington State. This would have put VIOLENT sexual predators in prison after their first offense, "One Strike Law". We couldn't even get enough signatures to get it on the ballot. :banghead:

let's start it i am ready! I want to paln a protest on the olympia state building! Before the prison release happens. We can start getting sigs from the people there to have the laws changed

I'm sure it could be tried again. I have a copy of the original referendum, with all of the legal talk and whatnot. I think a few things would need to be changed if we tried again, but if anyone here with legal knowledge wants to take a look that would be great. I also have contact info for the person who organized it before. I don't think she's interested in trying again (she tried 3-4 times, I think), but she may be willing to offer some suggestions.

It's been a while since we did it. But from what I can remember, there is a time limit to get all of the signatures. So you can't start until a certain time, and you can't just "keep going" and roll signatures over. And surprisingly, it was the west side of the state that was slacking. Most (and yes, I do mean most) of the signatures came from the east side, namely the Spokane area. I suspect this is because of the proximity to the Groene's and Dylan...whom the law was named for. But still very disappointing that we didn't get the volunteers step up from the far more populated west side. I suspect that it would be different if it was done again. At least I hope so.

From a blog I posted after we failed, "We needed to collect 225,000 signatures by July 7th, but we didn't. We collected 203,000." Also, our budget was $10,000, while the typical campaign for any referendum was $500,000.
