Seems Josh would listen to WW. He took him fishing. He wears a uniform of authority. He could break up a fight between L and J over the bike and Josh would go along with the decision suggested to go home.

Do we know if Lindsey's bathing suit was left behind at her house? If she did wear it under her clothes it would be missing. Do we know what it looked like? The sightings of "Lindsey" wearing a pink flowered bathing suit make me go hmmmm.

I can't help but think that someone knew she was a Twilight Freak and said they wanted to take her to Forks or Port Angeles.

And he could have been going to "work" in another county if he had to perhaps meet someone at the hospital or in some capacity as a minister.

Only MB or K would probably know the answer to that bathing suit question. I thought it was odd she was wearing a hoodie and jeans on such a warm evening myself after being in the sun all day especially. I wonder if she was sunburned and felt "cold"?

I can't find anything listing a prior or current address for WW in Tonasket, Wa. But I am finding posts from him from 2 years ago where he mentions having a property up there that he goes to for fishing trips.

ETA: specifically refers to it as "my property in Tonasket"
I guess it could just be a cabin or something...

He says that the boat would be left there and he didn't want to spend much money on it in case it got stolen. That means he at least has to have a little bit of land or a dock.

If that is the correct WW in the divorce petition I linked, it could be in the wife's name.

Since we are gathering a lot of information, maybe we need another thread for this person and other potential suspects. We have to keep in mind about innocent people and how we approach bringing them into this case.

im not sure if this has been mentioned....but here is the address for

Evergreen christian community
1000 black lake blvd SW Olympia

add....black lake blvd is right off the 101 high way which is the high way you would take to McCleary
its considered the west side of Olympia

Temperatures drop dramatically there after about 5:00 pm. It was in the lower 60's by 8:00 pm. The wind was coming from the ocean.

Any idea as to the nature of the court actions or is there a link where I can look?

Im sorry I thought I put the link - http://dw.courts.wa.gov/ - just type in his name under the name search

You can only click on the last one to get any details. I am trying to see if I can get more info going to individual counties.

no, the ORV park/Capital Forest are across the highway from McCleary

But if you look closely at some of the maps you can find logging roads that leave town behind the hospital/at the end of Mommsen, off Beck St. that will take you through the timber company property and put you across the highway from the ORV park or even further toward Olympia at Summit Lake. Growing up I used to ride my bike all over in the hills from Elma Hicklin Rd, out Tornquist Rd, into town via Mommsen...so if it's someone who grew up in the area or works in any industry that would put them out there, it's possible they'd have a route to get to an area across the freeway from the ORV park from town.

The one in Skagit (last one) was for a divorce.

Re: WW - I am not getting anywhere on the other court records but did turn up a voter record which shows birthdate and an address on Pine Street in McCleary (house number is 30x where x is the last digit of the residence number masked on the public record).

Is there something suspicious about WW that I missed?

Here's what I know:
One of his many different addresses is in McCleary.
He was the minister at Lindsey's vigil.
He took Josh fishing (?)
He has a number of unknown court cases in WA.
He is familiar with the woods.

Is there more?

SS: I noticed early on there was interest in a bridge - was one ever noted around McCleary? Reason I am asking is that WW was what I would call an "inspector" or a "sign off person" on a bridge that was being built - I noticed it last night but didn't post it then remembered today you had been asking about a bridge.

For Steadfast~
Something else (another coincidence?)
this guy (WW) has direct ties to the states wildlife and eco system (being the state fish and wildlife biologist), and has be linked to at least one logging situation which makes sense with him holding that position.

The recent forest fire was in an area that was a recent logging site.

Wildlife biologist, authority figure to Josh and possibly Lindsey, familiar with fire area.

Yes, you are correct. There are a lot of logging roads up in that area, but you'd still have to come out of the logging roads in order to cross the highway. There is no way via logging roads to get from McCleary to the ORV park without at some point accessing the highway.
