SS: I noticed early on there was interest in a bridge - was one ever noted around McCleary? Reason I am asking is that WW was what I would call an "inspector" or a "sign off person" on a bridge that was being built - I noticed it last night but didn't post it then remembered today you had been asking about a bridge.

There are a number of bridges in the area due to the large quantity of streams. The bridge I believe to be of interest to most people is a footbridge on the back side of the city park that comes across a ditch...the trail to the bridge connects to Mommsen at the end of the park and ride behind the Shell station.

Is there something suspicious about WW that I missed?

Here's what I know:
One of his many different addresses is in McCleary.
He was the minister at Lindsey's vigil.
He took Josh fishing (?)
He has a number of unknown court cases in WA.
He is familiar with the woods.

Is there more?

Hi Steadfast,

I don't think you missed anything. Inside my head there is a "ding ding" going off trying to find who it was that turned brother Josh back home and would know that Lindsey could possibly be alone later on. Also, another "ding ding" in who actually saw Lindsey around 9:15pm that night as they were on their way to work in another county. Just trying to fit together some pieces of the puzzle if possible. There are also some coincidences of other missiing children around the areas where WW has been known to live or be familiar with. Just exploring really.

A park and ride lot was on her way home?

For Steadfast~

Wildlife biologist, authority figure to Josh and possibly Lindsey, familiar with fire area.

Do you have a link where it states that he is familiar with the particular fire area?

Only reason I ask is because I'm familiar with Capital Forest, but with 96,000 acres.. I'm not familiar with the actual area of the fire.
I think saying "he was familiar with the fire area" needs some sort of back up because you very well could be accusing an innocent man. This forum is public, others may read it and rumors may start. When in reality this man may know nothing about the "fire area" itself (which was only 14 or so acres out of 96,000)

yes, there is a parking area right behing the Shell station. It's supposed to be for people to park their cars at and then they are supposed to ride the bus. Biggest waste of money for our county. No one uses them for that purpose.
I think the one in McCleary is mainly used for parking to go to Beerbower Park.

Yes, it's behind the Shell Station along Mommsen. At one end of the lot is the Shell Station, at the other is 1st St (I believe) that runs behind the park to Beck St.

But unfamiliar cars there might not be noticed? Some perv could have been waiting for a child to come to the park, and Lindsey walks by on her way home.

Well of course, anything is possible.

Maybe one of the other locals has more info but I've only ever seen the parking lot used during the day. My daughter had a soccer game at Beerbower park and that's where we all parked. Other than that I don't know that I've seen cars parked there.

Even google maps is showing it as being empty.

Thanks~ I have a "thing" about that bridge.

Woah...what is this about a "park and ride"?

Hi McCleary - nice conversation between all of you. JenniferO said the parking behind the Shell is across the street from Lindsey's home....do you know if you can see the home or into the windows from the packing? I can't help but wonder if someone was watching her. TIA

Something else (another coincidence?)
this guy (WW) has driect ties to the states wildlife and eco system (being the state fish and wildlife biologist), and has be linked to at least one logging situation which makes sense with him holding that position.

The recent forest fire was in an area that was a recent logging site.

I will restate-Maybe is familiar with the fire area. Thank you for correcting me.

I don't believe you could sit at the PnR and look INTO Lindseys house but I'm sure you can see the house.

JenniferO...thanks so much! Now I understand what you meant when saying Shell backs up to Lindsey's street. No, I doubt you can see much of the house, but certainly someone from the Shell parking one could see her walking down the street. Hopefully, if a car sat in the Park n Ride, the police would investigate. Looks like from there you can see her home pretty well. Thanks again

Happy birthday Lindsey!!!!!

Do they have cameras at the park in ride? there is a park in ride in one of our local towns. They have cameras. reason i know they had 9 cars broken into and caught the guy on tape. just wondering..

Do we know if Lindsey's bathing suit was left behind at her house? If she did wear it under her clothes it would be missing. Do we know what it looked like? The sightings of "Lindsey" wearing a pink flowered bathing suit make me go hmmmm.

I can't help but think that someone knew she was a Twilight Freak and said they wanted to take her to Forks or Port Angeles.

I have only seen these two pictures of Lindsey in a bathing suit (from King5.com), and this one isn't pink.

Also, as SeriouslySearching pointed out, "Lindsey had made it home to change her clothes and shower after swimming that day. She was last seen wearing a hoodie and jeans, IIRC. "

jnTexas-I think you will have to ask JenniferO that, I have no idea what a park and ride is...guess the ride takes you shopping? Haven't a clue. Now I see why the bridge is of concern...it's so close to the house. I can't get over the feeling that someone had been watching her...I don't know from where so I'm trying to figure that out.

Not that I'm aware of. Since the LEs mentioned checking the ones from the Shell I'm betting if there were then they have checked those also
