Someone in McCleary...those are apartments, correct?
I have the right buildings circled?

aparto.jpg

That looks right to me. Down just a bit farther out of view of your photo (to the left in this photo, west) is a storage area with about 5 buildings. So what you circled must be it. These apartments as I remember aren't the best. Also Jen I would consider you a local. ;) But does that make me a loco local? Hmmm :silenced:

Cyberswept: are you getting aircraft over your place right now too? I can hear them but haven't been able to see them, but they sound low again.

wonder what it is? are you still hearing them?

while you all are sleuthin' :Banane37: i thought i'd post this police scanner site. i wish you could select just what you want to listen to because you get all the EMS calls too. maybe something to listen to while you're here.

this might also contain their new address - it shows something mailed to their names on Simpson

It would be interesting to know if it is in the 600 block!

Thanks Jennifer, sold June 5/2009

I don't know much about real estate in that area. Is there a time limit between sale of a home and leaving? If sold on June 5th, might the sellers be able to remain in the home for say 30 days, until July 5th?

Would there be any way to find out who purchased the property?

The person listed at the top of that page is the person that bought it... A bank actually owned the home previously...it was probably foreclosed on, so the bank had possession and sold it.

Jennifer is definitely on my list of helpful locals, tonight demonstrating that clearly. That is one interesting location if indeed it is the new ML address, directy N of KK's home.

Jennifer, They are very fortunate to have you. The ratio of SO's in McCleary was 1 in 265 from what I read, and I bet it is lower in Montesano because it is the County seat. Poor Elma, it is a lovely little town but they do have allot of SO's from what I read. Imagine what Olympia has! Seattle! Portland!

You have a little piece of heaven right there. xox

Scandi, we need to move you! I can't find any SOs in my town either! There are two in the next town over...about 4 miles away...pop. 4200!

A number of you are very good at grabbing information from very dry areas. My question to you is would it be possible to find out exactly what kind of vehicle, color especially, that FL or ML is/are driving at present?

Aww.. ok, I think it's kitty corner across the street from the apartments (I forgot about that trailer park)

So it looks like it went into foreclosure in December. They must have come up with the money to stop the sale and then sold it on their own in June. Or someone else bought it at auction in December and it was sold yet again in June.

Does anyone know when ML moved out?

most likely the bank foreclosed on the property in December, and then started evictions. In Texas the evicition process is 30 days. Once that is complete they have a company come out and clean the property of debris and personal proeprty left behind. Sometimes they will do repairs. the bank then orders an appraisal (some do some don't) and a broker price opinion from the agent they hire to list the property. Sometimes we do not get the listing until they have been empty 3+ months most of the time though it's within 60 days. Every foreclosure company or Bank have different ways they do things.
If it was a hud foreclosure then it would take a longer time as they have all kinds of reports ordered on those houses.
I'm betting this one was probably listed in Feb or March and was on the market till May. most real estate sales here take 30 days.

I had no idea that the number of SOs in McCleary was so high.
