Well what i meant was, the description of that car (from the kid(s)) may not be a coincidence given the proximity.

Sorry for being vague, trying to refrain from opinion

Combined with the heightened 'awareness & etc. .. ..

Ya Ya Jvk, What I would love to hear is your opinion and Cyber's together at a round table where we could all sit and bend our ears.

McCleary certainly is not as sleepy a little town as we may think, and now I don't care who reads anything written here tonight. Gumshoes are on track I think. xox

It would be great to get us all together. I can't imagine it being anything less than a roar all the time too! One nice thing about getting together in RL is the brainstorming effect. I mean you can do it here, but there's a lot of energy in a group setting in person.

I think we are kind of learning that McCleary is pretty well staked out with a couple of gumshoes who have top-notch technology under their belts and have a mission to accomplish.

I couldn't just think this after what I have read here if there wasn't something very organized going on in a very silent way.

Have I seen too many Criminal Minds shows? LOLOLOL Nah ;}

Think tanks have always been my thing. I guess it is why I like it here. It would be excellent in RL.

I think we needed some laughter tonight. People sometimes don't understand that and believe we are being in some way disrespectful to Lindsey and her family. However, when you spend hours and hours wading through RSOs, horrible scenarios and theories, and know a little girl is waiting to be found...you have to find a way to burn off a bit of frustration and steam. Laughter is always welcome. :) Thanks, Dotseyes!

It is going to be some little thing, or something said or maybe not said, that will crack this case IMO.

I have often thought there should be a foundation where the talented writers of crime shows like Monk, Law & Order with Jeff G, The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, NCIS and such others, who would volunteer so much time to work on live cases every month and figure out how to catch the perp.

This week I saw a piece of brilliance in the Law and Order show with Jeff Goldbloom {last name?}.

The jist: He had reason to think this lady had murdered her old lover out of jealousy as he had married a different woman, or SS. At the memorial service for the hubby Jeff got up and said he had found a poem in the dead mans desk that he wanted to read because it showed the man's true genius as a writer of poetry.

The poem told of rekindling an old love and how throughout life, it had been the very person he truly loved and always would, even in death.

Silence after the reading, and you see the lady with tears welling up in her eyes leave the bldg and start walking down the street. Jeff came up and talked with her and told her it must have been she was the love of his life after all. And she caved as she realiazed he really did want her after all and now he was dead.

We see her taken into a police car, and in the next scene Jeff is talking to his partner. She says to him, SS to 'The one thing you didn't tell her is that you wrote that poem, right?' And he just grinned and they walked away.

I think we need to put the thought that goes into that writing to good use for true Justice. xox

Scandi~ The only problem is that with writers of crime shows...they kill someone, they always have clues, they have a ten minute turnaround time for testing evidence, and they always get their man. ;) They would be worthless in a real investigation.

I gotta say... there are some really cool people on this forum. SS, CG and of course Scandi being among my favorites. :) Thanks for making this place the best sleuthing web site!
