Lorie Haley was last seen in Longview, Washington sometime in early July 2007. She was staying in hotels in Kelso, Longview, and Woodland, Washington. She had previously lived along Kalama River Road for many years. Lorie was a student at Lower Columbia College in 2004, and her divorce became final the same year. She had at least two grown sons and at least two grandsons. She was not employed.
Lorie's green 1999 Ford Windstar with the Washington license plate number 816UDL may have been seen in the Kalama River Road area around the time of her disappearance. The van was found in Spokane, Washington on July 9. Based upon the current investigation and sporadic leads in 2009 and 2010, foul play is suspected, according to detective Steve Dennis with the Cowlitz County Sheriff s Office.
At the time of her disappearance, Lorie was 5'2", 102 to 125 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes.
