Couldn't find a thread on this person yet and I'm curious if there are any ruleouts listed in Namus. I wish a height was listed. Here are some missing men from Washington that I think could match:

Benjamin Joseph Northcutt - missing from Tacoma in January 2022

Eugene Wekesa - missing from Seattle in November 2010, I feel like his right ear looks like the UID's.
