I was just reading one of the recent articles, and would like to ask the locals about the part I bolded below.

Police are asking for tips from anyone who may have been at the park that day, specifically in the area of the boat ramp or nearby parking lot, lawn area, bike path between 3 and 5 p.m. who may have noticed Cowell or her car.

How many more areas are there that make up this Riverfront Park location?

I have never been able to locate this part (from Hoppyfrog's post) in the TOS:

Could someone please help out this 'oldtimer' by providing a link or a direct quote to this part because honestly, I've looked on numerous occasions and haven't been able to find it anywhere. This would be very helpful to me and others, too! TIA!

I just wanted to share this with you. I asked the editor of the Manson newspaper about the missing Chelan County Sheriff's Summary and he responded with this.

The Chelan County Sheriff's Department doesn't always send a report. The time frame you are asking for was during the MackenzieCowell disappearance, right when they found the body at Crescent Bar. I have noticed this pattern in the past. When things getreally busy, the reports may take a backseat to other work. They usually make up for the missing days by including them in laterreports, but not always. In this case I did not receive reports for the incident days of Feb. 13th, 14th and 15th. By the way, if a report is dated Feb.13th, it contains Feb. 12th incidents. I post EVERY Sheriff's report I receive. If I do not get them, they were never sent out. Thank you for your interest in MVT!

I asked him if he could provide me with copies of the missing dates. I don’t remember seeing the missing dates so I cannot question his answer.

Riverfront Park is part of a larger continuous park complex, starting with Confluence State Park in the north, continuing to Walla Walla Point Park, which morphs into Riverfront Park, which is 'wrapped' with the Apple Capital Loop Trail that runs through all three, across the river, up the other bank, and back across. The area that they're talking about is a very small area of Riverfront Park, the only area around the Boat Launch. However, you can essentially go anywhere via this location, by water or by land.
