I think you are very close. I might change one thing. MC found out about baby and threatened to tell wife she and BF were having an affair?

This is something we have been kicking around so do not take it as fact, just theory.

How do you know if this is his baby? When they filed for divorce last May they had a 3 year old and a 3 month old, which would make that baby a year old now. Did she have another one?

AND, (and this is a big AND) maybe I am wrong. I am just going from public records to birth announcements to court records to inmate lists, to facebook and myspace, to whitepages, and back around again, and this entire concept has gone full circle. But, just voicing my opinion. Not trying to ruffle any feathers in the meantime! How it all fits together (or not) has yet to be determined. Unfortunately, a 17 yr olds life has come to an abrupt end in the process so I will keep digging until they have an arrest.

From my understanding the mother did not list a father on the birth certificate. She kept it unknown. If I'm wrong please let me know.

I think that is a red flag. I think the fact that his name is NOT listed screams that this was to be kept quiet. Had the fathers name been printed, this would be public knowledge and not the missing piece of my motive!!

I wonder how well MC and her mother got along? Did MC get caught up in some kind of love triangle and needed to be silenced? It sounds to me the person who did this was full of rage and I personally just don't see it with the players currently being discussed.

This is from Jan 2009...that should tell you how old the baby is. So like I said...WC has known for quite some time.

Does anybody know how long they have been dating? The difference between 1 year and 1 month is pretty significant. They filed for divorce when this child was 3 months old. Now it would have been a different story if this baby was born a month ago and the bf was dating WC. The bf is named in the divorce documents as this child's father. The child has his last name. Why it wasn't in the paper, who knows?

I'm not sure why it was not printed, but I don't think it was meant to be hidden. All parties (WC, WC's BF, and BF's wife) know about eachother. So any speculation that a big secret was going to be revealed and vengence was used to keep that from happening can be squashed. Consider that WC's BF has children, as previously posted. Don't you think that they would be a part of his life? Please understand I'm not trying to be rude, just helpful while still trying to respect those I have a connection to.
