If in fact there was a visit to this car wash, then there is a very good possibility that LE has another source of video. On the exit side of the carwash, where all cars exit there is a bank. The banks parking lot, although elevated, borders the alley that cars have to drive down to exit. In that parking lot there is a drive up window and a drive up ATM. I would think that the bank would have exterior cameras that with wide angle could have visual on that alley.

so even though we don't know if she picked up anyone at Lowe's or not, she was in recent communication with someone from there (as confirmed by a friend of Mac's friend's mom)
Coincidence, maybe. Strange that she had been calling Lowe's and nobody knew to whom or why? Yes.

I thought it was all determined that there isn't much possibility for someone being in her car when she left the Beauty School? The car was under surveillance the entire day. I'm pretty sure LE would have seen someone crawl into her car. I just don't think this could be......

There are Several Super Wash locations in Wenatchee, all of which I believe have an attendant on duty during the day. You might not always see the attendant because they are usually in a small room located at the front of the wash, but they come out when you drive over one of this strips that alerts a bell. I'm not saying it wasn't the JetPro wash, but we can't assume just because there was an attendant that is where she was. The super wash on Fifth street makes A LOT more sense based on her being at the Orondo (or Fifth street) boat launch. Either way only a few blocks separate each location.

I believe it was said....the car wash also had a do-it-yourself wash. JetPro doesn't have this.

I did see that. What I wonder, is what if her and her mom's bf were hanging out one day and he needed to call Lowe's to see if they had something in stock and she called for him. I know that when I am with my hubby he is too lazy to call so I will call for him. That could have happened...

I still do not see the connection between her and Lowe's. Do we not think he had his own tools he could have used???

then there would be one call to Lowe's, not numerous calls.

I remember that too. I think we can rule out any that do not have do-it-yourself stalls as well.

She had to of known someone there then. I would imagine if this is true LE have interviewed all employees there to see if they can determine the nature of those calls.

I thought it was from last week though, wasn't

it?

It was MagicKiss........late Tuesday night. She heard the calls on her scanner.

Another thing that gets me is the amount of damage done to the face, as I understand it. It really doesn't seem to help him in anyway. If he really didn't want to do it, (which could be indicted by him possibly "losing his stomach" or the bag placed "on" head), he must have convinced himself it was a very necessary thing to do. Unless it was done during the initial heat-of-the-moment attack???

If her body was dropped off on Tuesday, it is possible that animals could have gotten to her also, right?

Does anyone know if either of the brothers CR or DR worked at Lowe's?

Good question. I think speculation that she might have been seeing somebody that worked there..........thus the calls. Plus, construction tools that are "rumored" to have been used in her demise or after her demise are readily available there. She possibly didn't go there at all, but picked up her male passenger at the boat dock. Does anyone remember what time the video captured her car driving up Kittitas st? Was it closer to when she left the beauty academy or much later, as in after the boat dock?

from the parking lot you can either go left (east) or right (west) directly onto kittatas. If you turn right u come directly to one way mission heading north. Thats why I was confused if she was heading to boat launch why not just turn left and head down to columbia and turn left to get to park entrance. ? tells me she had somewhere else to go first.

there is only one car wash that fits this description and it is on just north of 5th on Wenatchee Avenue. In very closex proximity to Lowes and the boat ramp.

There were a few things in Rio's pix (thanks Rio) I hadn't seen before & some were kinda odd to me..Like the beach..It doesn't look like a place to walk along the shore..Very rocky & at some points it appears the water comes up almost to the brush..Even tho locals say otherwise I don't feel the perp expected anybody to come walking along to see the body.

I was under the impression there were no other homes around but I def saw some & one looked pretty close too..It's to the right in pix #?

It didn't seem like a car could be parked at the back of the house but I'm not as sure about that so I'll have to take another look.

This is on the road down to the main resort of Crescent Bar and while there aren't houses right next door, just a little further down the road is a highly concentrated area of thousands of vacation homes. This would be less than a 10 minute walk, btw.

This theory intrigues me. Especially the reference to the Dexter character. I have never watched that show. However; if it is something that a suspect or poi watches a lot........easy enough to find out. The fact that the CB house is on the river and easy access to get..........MacKenzie...... into a boat from the shore and then downriver to dispose of........all of her. (sorry)
It would be somewhat difficult as he would have to put the boat in downriver and get up there without being seen.........or heard. I don't know if there is any kind of fishing this time of year that would help in disguising a reason to be out there in a boat right now?

I don't think a boat in the water would cause alarm. There are many fishers and hunters launching their boats and being out on the water at night at this time of year.

In relation to body being in the bad condition it sounds like it was in:
If her body was dropped off on Tuesday, it is possible that animals could have gotten to her also, right?

Possible, but I don't think likely. Animals would not leave a bag "on" head either. Many times wild animals will stay away from human bodies for months because they smell like humans which represent danger to them.

I am very curious about this also!

I asked that a couple pages back, but no reply. Didn't someone vouch for the demeanor of the brothers? Someone said they would be capable of this? Anyone remember which poster said that? Maybe they know first hand?

I am very curious about this also!

Maybe there is a local who could call said business and just naively ask a question regarding this question that is driving us crazy??
