WA - Man Blows Up Daughter's Dog

A fireworks-stand owner, he blew up his daughter's yellow lab because he was angry at her. They dropped animal cruelty charges because the dog died instantly. :stormingmad:

He is now being charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and one count of possession of an explosive device. If convicted of these charges, he could face up to 22 years in jail.

On the upside, they're going back over the animal-cruelty statutes to try to figure out a way to re-charge him with that.

A law enforcement official said Dillingham killed the dog after a fight with his daughter. Dillingham said he killed the dog because he got it from his ex-girlfriend and he believed she “put the devil in it.”

Just awful, so sad, poor dog, dogs have souls and most are so loving to us who "own" them. This man deserves whatever justice can come to him.
