I am going to be sooooo furious if this ends badly! Like y’all, all around the world, will hear me screaming & crying from West Virginia FFR (for forking real).

I may have to take a break. I don’t want to but these cases with children involved is extremely heartbreaking! Coupled with everything that has happened in the last 6 months is wearing me down.

I am praying that ML is miraculously found safe! And that her reckless and selfish father chooses/has chosen to do what is BEST for her and not himself!!

I feel the same way. All the bad stuff happening. Let us have one good thing. No more death. No more, please. Especially little children.

I hope that the police are able to track down all of his family and friends ASAP. The person who gave him a ride may be under duress and afraid or unable to turn him in. MOO

UPDATE:

According to Wapato Police, the child has been located and suspect, Jose Lopez-Madrigal, is in custody.

According to police, girl was found when she was left on a street corner in Wapato near a tire store.

According to Wapato Police, Jose Lopez-Madrigal's car was located and is no longer considered associated with the suspect and victim.

Police are still looking for Lopez-Madrigal, who is believed to have taken his 3-year-old daughter Melody Lopez.


An Amber Alert was issued Monday evening.

GREAT NEWS. @wastatepatrol has confirmed to us that the three-year-old girl, Melody Lopez, involved in an AMBER ALERT out of Wapato has been found and is safe. The father, Jose-Lopez Madrigal is in custody. Great work all!

After all that he has done to put this little girl‘s life in danger Jose left her alone on a street corner in a commercial area ( tire store). It’s a miracle that she didn’t get abducted again, raped and murdered or hit by a car. It seems that this man never had first clue about how to care for a child. MOO

I’m grateful that Melody is back in the arms of her mother, who did her absolute best to fight Jose off when he abducted little Melody.

Thank God Melody was found safe! I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but I hope her dad can get the help he needs and get his life straightened out.

Just so u know i did not leave my daughter in a street corner, she was safe with me they took her from me after they arrested me, news is all lies i was never going to hurt her, i just wanted to be with her since her mother never wanted to let me see her but believe what you want from what you read. You cant possibly wonder why her mother had reservations about the parenting skills (or lack thereof) of a man who would write a suicidal note and then kidnap a 3 year old, can you (regardless of where she was or wasn't abandoned)? And thank you, but i will take the word of responding officers police report over that of a kidnapper. Unless you can prove otherwise... I am open to hearing your version....
