*Restitution & Presentation of Order Hearing (@ 1:30pm PT) – WA – Michella Welch (12) (Mar. 26, 1986) – *Gary Charles Hartman (34 @ time of crime/66/now 69) arrested (6/20/18), charged & arraigned (6/21/18) with 1st degree murder & 1st degree rape, amended (6/25/18) to 2 counts of 1st degree murder. Plead not guilty. $5M bond.
GED/Match DNA.
Trial began on 3/22/22 & ended on 3/22/22. Found guilty & sentenced to 26 years & 6 months.

3/22/22 Tuesday, Trial Day 1: Bench trial lasted 2 hours. Judge found Hartman guilty to 2 counts of 1st degree murder & was sentenced to 26 years & 6 months in prison. The 1st degree rape charge was dismissed. Restitution & presentation of order hearing on 5/13/22.

Very interesting read! pretty much they shot him down over no expectation of privacy in his semen left at the scene, his napkin at the restaurant and his family member's voluntary contributions to DNA websites. At least, that was my interpretation.
