Folks can't understand what you are saying, in situations I have seen with people I've seen who wear these. In a pinch, maybe she might possibly -- not likely in the least, very unlikely -- have worn it to drive there & back, but in the cases I've seen, it's for sleep -- in the case of apnea or teeth grinding.

I am new to this trial (but not to WS) -- thanks for the tip, Sea-chiq! -- and I am on the East coast. What times/days does court for this trial begin & end for the day and on what weekdays is court held? PST or PDT hours are fine to list!

We were, we were and now I think we may be in Washington State? Where court starts at eleven or twelve o'clock in the am, runs for two hours with five minute refreshs (which include a commerical) mandatory. God knows when this court quits for the day.

So I am following a trial. Only hearing half of what is being said BUT I already think the defendant is guilty as sin.

Wanna know why? His shoes!! No just kidding. The reason I think he killed her is because she had the retainer in her mouth. I haven't connected all the dots but that retainer being in her mouth is important as to where and who killed her. I hope to hear that the retainer was the type that could be removed easily. If so I would think that during a beating the retainer would fly out of the mouth and someone put it back in after she was killed. Or she never had it in her mouth during the crime and someone put it in after death. Who would do that?

Oh boredem here is another indication of how little this defendant thought of his wife. He spiked her drink at some club. He spiked her red bull with some drug that makes a normal person turn into super freak which is exactly what party boy wanted.

I already think he is low down and totally hedonistic and can see him in a fit of rage beating and killing a woman that won't play his sexual fantasies.

This guy didn't wanted a commitment, a marriage. Why did he ever get married? Did he need someone to help pay his bills?
